This is my interpretation of the lyrics : She says that she gave him her world, like everything. They had a passionate relationship. And she says she gave her winter and summer, which are seasons of "extreme" weather (or very cold, or very hot). So I guess their relationship was like that, in the extremes, not in the middle. She asks "where is the spring? " since it's like it doesn't exist in their love. "We missed each other, we are sick of each other." --> two extremes "Before the long days and nights"--> so basically summer and winter "The two seasons are changing ", "I want something new" --> so I think she wants something else than those two seasons, she wants a change, maybe a love more like spring. I may be totally wrong haha 😂 that's just how I interpret the song
