      Thanks! Not a technique I can say I use in randori…although it would be worthy of a demo someday.

      @@Aiki_and_Jiu yep,from what I've gathered,shumoku is somewhat dangerous as it doesn't leave a place for an ukemi,landing straight on the back,thanks for responding.

    Hey love the videos! Quick question, are the toes typically down during idori techniques or can we get up on our toes?

      Thanks. I practice both live and dead toe positions within idori techniques. I’m sure there’s a strict etiquette in some schools though.
