    Even to a lay man like me , it is easy to understand the functions of space , time, and memory in the brain lecture given by the Nobel Laureate because it is explained in a simplified way. So , Congratulations and many thanks for that.

    Its like the brain does some kind of Fourier transform and decomposing spatial information in different grid frequencies.

      @@ankeoifio94939 You point to a very complicated point! Theoretically this is a sad but necessary story. In practice, certain borders cannot be crossed without closing your eyes on the inhibitions and applying defense mechanisms.
