    2014年在东京机场花近5000元人民币买了虎牌电磁加热、多层内胆的电饭锅。用了几年,感觉做出的饭很好吃。但去年花了100多加元买了instantpot电压力锅,做米饭感觉真是质的飞跃。以前没用过电压力锅,没有用电压力锅做米饭的体验。说实话,instantpot电压力锅是用过的电饭锅中最棒的,虽然这锅设计不是做米饭为主要目的。做出的饭非常软糯,用泰国香米,日本寿司圆米蒸饭有接近糯米的口感,淀粉糊化控制地非常好,完胜贵近十倍的虎牌电饭锅。特别是用instantpot煮不易熟且口感差的蒸谷米(parboiled rice),米饭弹牙,口感绝佳。

      Music Custom actually I use instant pot for rice cooking but the rice really stick to the pot. It’s hard to clean. And the rice is more wet than the rice cooked by tiger. But instant pot is very good for soup, pork, and other dishes.

      Music Custom tiger适合做日本圆米,寿司米和东北大米。instantpot 更适合煮brown rice, parboiled rice 不好熟的米。instantpot性价比更高点,不差钱,两个都可入手。

      王璇 一开始使用instantpot 煮米饭也发现米粘锅底的问题。一两点tips可明显改善。一家三口两顿的饭量一锅煮。饭熟后,只取上层和中间层米饭。内胆取出加盖放凉,吃完饭再取锅底米饭,基本不粘。另一种方式将内胆放在凉水中降温两三分钟,会很大改善。tiger虽然好,内胆还是有Teflon涂层。

    您家人結論比較含糊。似乎對米,煮成怎樣要求不太有計較。但還是感謝妳熱心分享比較。
    象印明明還有其他模式可以選。例如壽司模式。更有所謂快煮模式。選泰國米就煮成泰國米的傳統樣子是很自然的。虎牌用泰國香米模式竟把泰國米煮成粘稠的短米,也真是莫名其妙,完全不能算優點。

    当时我也纠结了一下,后来说服我买虎牌的关键是虎牌的盖子可以逐层拆开洗的,这点太重要了,不然经年累月煮饭扑出来的米糊积累在锅盖的沟沟壑壑里真的很容易招蟑螂

    我原本用虎牌,用好久了,线有点接触不良,内胆也花了,再买的象印,用了一个星期不习惯,同样的米煮出来我更喜欢虎牌,把象印退了再重新买虎牌

      確實如此, 虎牌最不好的就是太耐用了, 我第一個虎牌鍋, 用了有10年, 要不是内膽花了也不會換, 換的時候我爸媽還説好好的鍋爲何要換. 換了個樂聲的, 剛換上就不喜歡了, 飯煮出來不好吃. 用不到3年又買了個新的虎牌.

      @@jianqingshi7694 日本產的出口裝不賣配件的,(至少在美國是這樣) 日本國內產銷就不太清楚. 美國這邊Costco買的普通裝(非IH,但是也是智能鍋)老虎牌飯鍋是日本原裝進口的, 80美刀一個,價格很良心,沒必要特意買鍋膽。

      Tiger's cooked the rice significantly faster than Zojirushi's; done in about 20 mins. However, you might want to keep in mind that each of these advanced rice cookers from Japan have different programs with varying cooking times for the same kind of rice depending on how you want the end product to be in terms of texture and taste. But based on the program settings she used, the Tiger not only cooked the rice way faster, but the Jasmine rice had a little of that glossiness and stickiness associated with Japanese rice while the Jasmine rice cooked by the Zojirushi turns out as expected, with clearer grain separation. In the end, the rice cooked by both rice cookers tasted better than non-Japanese rice cookers but as to which brand to go for, that depends on your preference for the rice mouthfeel between the two brands; e.g. if you prefer the slight stickiness of Japanese rice, then the Tiger one may be more suited for you.
      Other stuff to note: Zojirushi's seems to be mainly rice focused with more settings to play with whereas Tiger's has other cooking functionalities outside of just cooking rice. Also, Tiger's seems to make more of a mess when cooking rice, with the boiling rice water touching the lid of the cooker while Zojirushi's seems to cook the rice less messily.

    我一直用象印的牌子,200美金左右买的,做出米饭很香。用了6年觉得该换了,煮饭时间变长了,内胆也掉漆了。

      @@gaoguang9201 一般没有问题,不过我还是美亚上买了120V to 100V的变压器在用,刚买了个虎牌天花板JPL-S100煮出来的米饭和我以前买的虎牌美国产品线的IH顶级饭煲对比真是厉害太多了,光泽甜度米饭的膨胀度都完胜。其实电饭煲也就煮个米饭和粥,其他功能一般也不太会用,就那几个单词一下就记住了。
