As a Bangkokian myself I'd like to recommend a nice spa called White Wood Green Spa & Wellness (Thonglor area - Ekkamai 21). Next to this spa is a nice cafe called Babyccino which has good coffee & brunch. They have very nice ambience and masseurs. AND there's also a good onsen place called PANPURI Wellness in Gaysorn Tower since you seem to visit Central World often. Very clean and has many types of hot springs. Highly recc! :)
I went to Gucci today and the salesperson told me that they often can't tell the difference between an authentic and a *regbags* bag. Surprised to hear that from the SA.
