Please, Am I receiving informations from akasha in form of thoughts ? Because I am beginner, just 5 or 6 times I have opened the records(at least I felt the energies) and it is very hard for me, to see the difference, whether the answers are my thoughts or answers from akasha in form of my thoughts :D.
Also I would like to ask, if someone see the visuals(it is mentioned everywhere in connection with the reading of records) - does it mean the "real visuals" in front of eyes, like are e.g. the colors during meditations... or it does mean "visuals" in form of imagining in my head - so not in "real" front of my closed eyes, but again only in my mind ?
I asked about my past life in Atlantis and immidiatelly after the question, I get thought, there was not any. It was a very clear answer in the form of my thought, that there was none my past life in Atlantis - if I was just making it up, why would I even ask ? Really interesting.
Then I ask about past live in Egypt and I get a thought, that I was a construction engineer who has worked on smaller pyramid, which is not exist anymore on the planet today. I cannot distinquish whether it was just my imaginary thought, or answer from akasha in form of my thought. but on the other hand, I really don't know why I would come up with such an answer with an engineer and a pyramid, since I've never dealt with it .... But the truth is that with my senses (sight, hearing) I have never once picked up anything at all, I just start to think of ideas that in principle are the exact answer.
Because I tried to find on internet, the forms of answers from akasha, but I did not find anything about the "answers in form of my thoughts -in my mind, during the reading"... So I doubt, if I was succesful or not.
So, am I there, or not according to you ?

I can not thank you enough for this guide. I have tried others, but your method, voice and pace is perfect for me. The last five days I’ve been visiting this space and I am just so excited!
First I noticed my mother among my guides. I hugged her and told her I loved her but wasn’t yet ready to talk. But after a few days I was ready and it was such a warm and loving feeling finally to talk to her again.
Yesterday a silver dragon presented to me. It is offering to be my guide and teaching me about the elements and how we can borrow their energy.

I want to know is it dangerous can I attraction negative energy as well by doing this?
I debated whether to put a comment on here. I have been working on meditation the last few years and felt like I have been going through a spiritual awakening. I believed everything being said and went through the guided opening in this video but I did not expect what happened. I saw and felt two energies which looked like balls of light. I am not a sensitive person that cries often so it really shocked me. I immediately started crying and didnt stop crying the entire time. Not sobbing but almost a relief crying and i kept hearing or feeling forgiveness as if they were there to comfort me. it felt like they knew I was going to be there. I didnt ask a specific question but just experienced so many emotions and feeling like the two energies were trying to heal me emotionally. My confusion also comes from the fact that the realm I was in was empty except for what felt like mist all around me and the two energies. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar to this because I was expecting something so different. I came out of it with so much relief and energy and plan to continue going into the Akashic records once daily for awhile. Thank you so much for helping me experience this and if anyone reading this has any insight into my experience please let me know.
I just finished an online, live class on mediumship with Suzanne Giesemann through the Shift Network ($350 for 8 weeks, highly recommend). I'm continuing to practice with some of my classmates. Last night I realized that a library that regularly shows up when I'm reading for others often symbolizes the Akashic records. When my classmate, in turn, read for me, she saw a scene much like the one you experienced. From the mist, or ether, two glowing spheres appeared (to my classmate). She asked them to identify themselves and asked, "Who are you?" The spheres separated and took on something like human form. They identified themselves by name and told her about who they were. They are two of my guides and came through with messages for me. I encourage you to meditate and ask the energies to come forward. Ask them to identify themselves and ask if they have a message. Keep sending gratitude and keep asking questions. Make sure you ask how you can reconnect with them if you are moved to do that. I think you are opening to a fantastic source of information for yourself (and if you choose, others)! I wish you every success in this and send love and happiness to assist you on your journey!

This was incredible. I was a little skeptical, but before the records were closed, I was in a dream-like, sleepy state and completely fell asleep. Slept for 10 hours straight after months of sleeplessness & have woken up with such stillness and inner peace during a very hard time. Thank you for this! How often do you recommend practising this?

Thank you for uploading this for free. I had watched one other video a few days ago about "accessing the Akashic Records" which was also wonderful, and I followed what she guided as well. She also encouraged writing down what is revealed to you immediately after you ask for the alashic records and answers. And so, today, I just felt the desire to start talking to any "guides" that might be around me asking them to help me trust that they are there and that this new understanding that our souls or our energy is eternal and striving to become at a higher frequency through learning on places like Earth. And I just started writing down stuff. When I was done it made sense to me and I was grateful but then I started questioning if what I wrote was actually true or a figment of my imagination. I took a two hour nap. And you actually JUST said a line that I wrote down about Jesus and Buddha being examples of Ascended Masters.

Hi Laura, good day to you. This video is really amazing. I tried to follow the steps as closely as possible despite some distractions in my surroundings. After some time, something very bright shone into my eyes, which lasted for perhaps 20 seconds. Then, it gradually faded. Next, I felt a sense of serenity.

Hi Laura, I just wanted to stop by and say what an amazing experience I had with your lesson today. I went through it and opened my akashic records and started typing out a "Book of Me" whatever came to mind. My first thought was who I was protected by and Archangel Michael and Gurdian Angel Ishmael came to mind. I didn't think anything of it until I started researching Ishmael as I didn't know that much about him. I discovered that various names are associated with Ishmael including that he is the Angel of the Akasha. I feel so honored to be protected and watched over by him. I very clearly saw a beautiful huge library. My “book” was large and was set on a podium. When I opened the book, I felt/saw an energy of white light come towards me and go into me. As I opened the book, which I think was blue, the pages were blank. They were pages but there was an energy about them. Don’t know how to describe the energy other than movement? I felt very angry and frustrated and started ripping pages out! 😳 You brought us out of the meditation at this point.
Oh wow this is FASCINATING. I adore this experience! Thank you for sharing with me. I love that you even received anything and that you really felt the energy of movement with the blank pages. Soooo cool. To me, it sounds like some forgiveness work and ancestral healing may be helpful, even if you don't consciously understand what they're for. I would set this intention when entering again, OR just trust that the energy already moved where it needed to the first time around. It's absolutely brilliant what can clear and shift without our knowledge.

I've often wondered what the akashik records were about.
I was afraid of trying it since I am a christian and told that this was not of god.
All my life, I have asked God to heal my emotions, I went through a lot of childhood abuse and have struggled to overcome the deep hurt and pain.
I have gotten better, but I have never felt completely healed.
I did the exercise with you tonight, but i couldn't focus because i was crying and sobbing so much.
I will continue to do it any chance I get, I hope that my emotions can be healed and that I can totally be set free from all of the pain of my past.
I just want to be set free so I can finally figure out who i am, and what my gifts are so i can contribute something good to this world before I get called home. 😢❤❤

i have been using this meditation for a few months & the healing is phenomenal. this morning i asked for any guides that had messages to come through. i fell asleep and two (star children?) white glowing androgynous children came out of an armoire - no one else saw them. one put their hand through my chest and touched my heart. i can not remember the words they spoke but im going to try again tonight ❤ majic is everywhere ✨

What happens if you don't close the Akashic Records? And do you have to go through the five sacred oms every time you open the records?
They will close themselves once your frequency/intention shifts. Also, once you’re accustomed to what it feels like when you’re connected to this space, you can open them any way you’d like! Ask the records the best way for you to enter!
If I enter in the morning. Can I close off in the evening. So stay in all day, whilst going about my business!!

Mmm yes that’s the fears of the mind and nervous system. There’s nothing in the Akash to be afraid of. It’s incredibly nurturing energy. It’s just activating and expansive so it makes the human a little twitchy as you adjust.

I jeep trying and I want to believe, but this brings me the same feeling I had when I was a Christian. Continually reaching out to god and when Im not connected, being told that it just takes time. Then nothing ever comes. Im not saying this to be combative, just to add my perspective.

This video is so great. Last Night After waking up after only three hours of sleep, I watched this again and prayed to enter the Acashic Records. Not much happened except, I kept seeing a purple background on black that resembled a rock. I went back and had a vivid dream of people who recently die where I used to live and an old friend whas on crutches because he lost his left foot. I woke up a few hours after that and today I feel like I'm about half drunk in the spirit of God mixed with in with the love bubble I used to be in with my girlfriend at age 16. Today I don't have a care in the world about all the bad things in the last few years that always brought me down.

It was a bit weird to have the meditation in the middle of the video and once having reached the space suddenly jump out and continue listening about the benefits of using ARecords. I didn't know what to do... Whether stay in the meditative state or keep on watching your video which felt disruptive to the process. Or maybe it's something that I got wrong about being in Akashik space...
I totally get that. I time stamp the meditation in the description so you can start off with the meditation right away. You're always welcome to pause the video just before I start closing the Records to stay in that meditative space. This video is meant for beginners, to just dip their toe into the Records to get a taste of the frequency. Too long of a meditation in that space can be jarring for people who have never accessed or experienced the energy. But thank you for motivating me to make a video for more advanced intuitives! I'll add it to my list!

I've been familiar with the records....but never as drawn to it as I was suddenly since a few weeks. I generally just ask things all the time....and speak to angels, ancestors, guides etc.. but this really resonates with me. I was drawn to chanting about a year ago....this I practice all day....as it feels so good.

Yes ma’am absolutely. It’s a very high frequency so your nervous system can adjust that way. Also tears can come with the shedding of old energies we aren’t consciously aware of. I’ll get tears sometimes just from the enormity of divine love. So yes, normal 😂.

I have been seeking guidance and here you are! So excited! I haven't had alot of training but I ended up there the first time I used the prayer! Blue swirling color, didnt know that was a thing until afterwards! I saw a lady and a man dancing on the grass. A cliff with the ocean and to the right, steps to enter. I walked in and felt very surprised when I saw 2 robed keepers of the books and an angel. I felt someone else there but not sure who. I was so stunned that I was there, that I turned around and left unprepared). The next time I sat on the steps and had another phenomenal experience. Same couple and my first love who passed under a tree. I sat on the steps awhile and came back. I had no problem SEEING things. I'm prepared now and so thankful I found you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻Thank you! 🙏🏻

Hi. This was my first time doing this. I actually, literally just heard about the Akashic records and felt or knew it would be my next course of study. I expected something completely different but am pleasantly surprised by the reality of it. My third eye has been closed or blocked for quite some time now. Something I've very recently learned that I (think?) I did myself. But something inside me is changing and beginning to open up again. I feel I have much to learn and am feeling ready to receive. Well, this was very special! I come from my native religious sufi tradition and have been meditating for decades, but for a few years now I have left the dogma and only practice intense, daily Mother Earth spirituality (for the lack of better word.) I've been interested in Akashic wisdom for decades, since it's a BIG thing in Sufism. However, no sufi master that I know of has tought or teaches entering it specifically, it is more that the intuition is hightened as one cultivates the stages of enlightenment. This was my first ever active meditation to open the records and it felt very intense. Since I have aphantasia (I cannot visualize) I didn't know what to expect, but following your voice and repeating after it was very vivid in a strange, almost visual way. I could almost see the energy, the water and the crystals, and then I literally saw the white beam of light shooting into the outer space! I had only my face above the "line" separating the Akashic realm from the outer space, but it was like a dome flooded with warm light. I did invite a guide but no one came, however the body sensation was overwhelming until you closed the records. I have fibromyalgia so I was a bit nervous about the possible pain, but none of that happened. From the moment of my closing 'om' I felt so energized and spent a few minutes laughing loudly for no reason other than feeling extatic, filled with light and just happy. Ten minutes have passed and I am calmer now, still happy like a child and filled with light particles, so I'll definitely be doing this regularly. Perhaps I will even be able to see my guides, because I am not sure how to receive any understandable guidance without any images at all. I feel like I have millions of questions now! Can one also hear voices from the guides or have any other clear type of communication, if the visuals are "switched of?" Does anyone know?

You will absolutely get more visuals over time in this space, without forcing it but just allowing messages to come as they are meant. We don't want our egos to drive the natural way our intuition flows through us. We want to remain open and curious as to how it's communicating. The feelings you shared are exactly how I felt when I started open The Records and, even though I didn't get it quite yet, the results spoke for themselves. I felt amazing! You may be able to see and hear guides. This can come with time and it may happen sooner rather than later. I don't find it's as important to know exactly who the guides are as much as it is important to develop an attunement and relationship with how the Records communicate uniquely with you. You can choose a guide or an angel that you've already had experience with over the years and allow that being to guide you and build relationship as a bridge to connecting with other guides. That can be helpful for the human that desires more tangible feedback. Either way, you will attune to this frequency and know that changes are being made at an energetic level. You will feel more energized, clear, and confident! I have been diagnosed with autoimmune too and my first sign of the power of this space was how much physically better i felt when I spent more time there. It will help your fibro for sure.

Okaaaaaay … now,here’s what happens when I try this Akashic Records tutorial (or, frankly, any other Akashic Records visualization thing I’ve been trying, because I want to see what the truth of it is) …
I get into this “library/temple” sort of visualized building with books inside on shelves, and one of the books seems to sort of “want” me to take and open that one (asif it’s the one I’m meant to read, right then), so I take that book to open it, … and, at this point, any one of the following things happens: …
/a/ the book won’t let me open it, and immediately I get a huge headache and big aches in literally every cell of my body, and I’m “thrown out of the library” (not by any person, but by some kind of force) and I wake up in agony
or
/b/ I open the book, but there isn’t anything on the pages - they’re just all blank, white, and empty - and immediately I get a huge headache and big aches in literally every cell of my body, and I’m “thrown out of the library” (not by any person, but by some kind of force) and I wake up in agony
or
/c/ I open the book, but it’s only full of nonsense scribbles and mutilations over the blank pages - NOT a different language or different alphabet or anything like that, but just random scrawling and/or knife-cuts/gouges/etc,, as if a tiny child with some crayons and/or knives /other tools had gotten hold of it - and immediately I get a huge headache and big aches in literally every cell of my body, and I’m “thrown out of the library” (not by any person, but by some kind of force) and I wake up in agony
… and I feel horrible, partly because getting “thrown out of the library” means I don’t even get to close the book and put it away before I leave, as I should: after all, I used to be a librarian,and obviously part of my training as a librarian was that books ought to be properly taken care of and put away.
i don’t understand what is going on here, and I’m scared. It doesn’t even fit how this thing is supposed to work - I mean, isn’t the book that’s “calling to you” somehow (in this kind of exercise) meant to be the one that you are supposed to be taking off the shelf and reading? Why would the book I’m “supposed” to read be impossible for me to open or else have nothing there to read?
I have tried all kinds of stuff before I turn on the recording and before I get to the library: such as always making absolutely SURE that I am VERY respectfully asking for permission to use the library … always asking if I can please have some kind of help or some kind of helper to allow me to open and read the book and see what’s there … asking if someone can please make sure that the book I’m supposed to read is in a condition to allow me to read it … and, of course (since I used to be a librarian, after all) asking if I can please, be allowed to repair the books somehow, because this one is obviously damaged (and, if so, if I can please be told how to do it, a d/or get some help on how to do it (since I have to assume that glowing mystical books like this one might need repair techniques beyond those which apply to the kinds of books I know) …
but …
nothing …
nothing I can say, or think, or do, or ask for, makes a difference to the situation.

It sounds like a lot of subconscious sabotage or eve negative entities coming in. Imagine yourself surrounded by only very strong light energy before starting, then before entering the library say a few times 'negative beliefs and influences have no control over me at any level of my mind and body'. Also tell your subconscious you are choosing to gain very clear and positive wisdom from the process. Try it and see!

I love to journal, and when i started to connect with my spirit, it was like a conversation i was having while i wrote, and just wrote it all down. It is so very simple and the more you ask the easier it is for Spirit to come through in guides, Angels etc. The difference between journaling and writing in spirit, i found there is soooo much peace, and fun! So much humor mixed with straight direct answers. Super cool.

I've been told that the Akashic records appear different to different people. Most access a library of books but some see a 🖥 or series of computers and some report more of a hologram, although the library/books is more commonly reported. I was not away of accessing the records without astral projection, so your approach is fascinating.

Wonderful video but do you have a suggestions of how a person with Aphantasia could enter the AR. Since I can't access my imagination it's very hard to connect with what you're describing so while I can think about what is familiar and work with that, like a white light, etc. I can't work with something I'm not familiar with because I can't get my brain to recognize something that I don't already know, if that makes any sense...haha. Basically, once it gets past what my brain is familiar with everything else turns black and it's just empty space.
Yes I recommend feeling into the body. You can connect with sensations that come alive physically or emotionally while you’re in the records. Also notice if you can hear, smell, or taste anything differently, or just have a clear knowing, clarity, or understanding about something you may not have had before. As you continue to connect, you’ll build your relationship with this space and gradually learn more and more about how this energy uniquely moves through you.

I tried twice and I guess I could not enter Akashic records. Does it require someone to have the ability to visualize? because I have very hard time recreating images in my mind. I believe in Akashic records but I think I just cannot believe I can enter it (and simply I cannot comprehend how the procedure can be so easy) When I tried, I just saw two-wheel gyroscope each time and at the end there was one person far away sitting in meditative pose but I believe I made them up. will I get the feeling of knowledge that I am in Akashic records once I am really in? Hello my friend! Thank you so much for asking this and sharing your experience. Everyone can access this space. The problem is we latch onto conscious understanding and/or palpable sensation to confirm we are there. It’s about trusting the energy and knowing you will attune over time as you develop relationship with it. You may end up visualizing - I didn’t visualize at first but received that later on in my channeling journey. I am mostly claircognizant and clairsentient, which are the ones people doubt the most within because there is less “tangible” evidence (and we know the human mind loves evidence). You didn’t make anything up! Anything you see in this space is relevant. Trust the process and yourself! Keep connecting and witness what comes forward as if you’re watching a movie and allow it to take you on an adventure. It will draw you to the message you’re meant to receive. You will eventually get accustomed to certain sensations or knowing that you’re in the records but it can take some time. It depends on the person.
