I have watched a lot of food channels on youtube the last 15 years or so and now when I have watched several of your videos I can say for sure that yours is easily one of the best. And really: 3500 views? You should have 3500000 views for this.
Lovely as always. Crazy to think though, how widespread stewed dishes with tomato have basically become over only a few hundred years. You really find them everywhere all over southern europe. Lovely dinner guest as well.
Hombre! Muy bueno, Chef ! As Catalans, it is great to also discover regional Spanish dishes we do not necessarily know. Wishing you good health & all the best from Terra Nostra. Thank you 🌿🙏🧜♂️
Attempted this tonight. Very happy with the results. Thanks once again for the excellent advice and instructions. Keep wandering cooking and living the life 👍👌
Always happy when I see one of your videos Pete! Beware of earthenware on high heat- I've had one explode and shrapnel is not good eats. This stew looks so tasty!
I lived in Spain for twenty four years. It’s the most basic food in Europe if you’re honest? I do love the peasant aspect of but it just doesn’t come up to French or Italian standards. Your chicken/rabbit/garlic dish just about sums up Spanish cooking. I’d rather live in Spain though❤️❤️

I know that this will make me look old... but WORD!
Also, the cultural references are always appreciated, including the language lessons. Lovely to understand why the dish is called Carcamusas.
Our long lost culinary leader has returned!

Thank God mine didn't explode - couldn't get any heat into it with the wind ...
I have stood in that exact spot. Didn't have a tasty stew though. Love the channel, keep up the good work.
What kind of chili used?
a red one from the supermarket.... Not an expert on chilis
I get it now after a few repeat views. The Musas dines!
Señor Pedro, have you ever considered using an apron? I have conniptions when I see the combination of tomato in a pan and your white shirt!
Pork, serrano ham AND chorizo in a stew? He's definitely eatin' good.
