And there's even rumors that Jeff Fowler might also be aware of how popular she is and how popular the ship is (I can't imagine he isn't, given the sheer number of references and similarities to Sonic X we've seen in the movies). So IF the movies are allowed to keep going past the third one (I don't know if they WILL or not, this is only an 'IF'), and IF the right characters are brought into the movies (we know Chaotix exists in the cinematic universe), and IF there are enough references and similarities to Sonic X in the subsequent films (again, there have already been MANY), then the possibility certainly exists that we could see Cosmo in the movies at some point. Also I'd like to say real quick that Zooey doesn't suck. She was just underused. We really needed an extra episode or two with her in them to give her a little more personality beyond just looking cute. But the thing with Zooey is that she was exclusive to the Boom universe. And that's fine for that series. But yeah, she needed a bit more screentime, because what we got with her personality was maybe a little too similar to Cosmo. Here's the other thing. Since they're clearly NOT going to do anything with the X universe anymore, we can make any continuity past episode 78 our own as a result. So if you want to bring her back in a story or series of videos, go right ahead and do it. If they aren't doing anything else with a series, then the closest thing we have to official continuity is whatever the fans decide to make.

The reason Chaos Regeneration didn't work to bring her back is because not only was she still alive, but she wasn't there. Had she been there, Chaos Regeneration would've healed her and that would've been that. The Sonic Driver fired a concentrated blast of Chaos Energy at Cosmo and Dark Oak, propelling Sonic and I through the two of them. With that much Chaos Energy gathered into one spot, Cosmo was split from that fused form and sent to another universe. They found her in a severely weakened and injured state, and restored her and her core using something called the Deep Power Stones. I was also sent to that world. Eventually I found her, and Rotor over there managed to create a device to send us back to Cascade. Cosmo gave me a rose for Molly's grave. From there, we were able to get a ship to fly the rest of the way here. *Tails:* So... She was split from this universe, the same way that our world was split from Chris' world? *Shadow:* That's right. It was just a matter of finding her. That's why it took awhile for me to get back here.
I don't care what anyone says. This is an amazing video. The psychological effect, and the atmosphere. Kinda wish my profile picture was different so it wouldn't look like I'm just a brainless fanboy though haha. But seriously - even down to the voicing. Everything was dope. That narrator guy is superb

It'd be nice to have a game that brings back and reestablishes cosmo along with keeping the bond that she and tails had from sonic x. Although if sega were to use this clip they wouldn't want to use the SATAM/archie freedom fighters. Sega doesn't seem to want to have anything to use with that version of sonic.
Okay….minus the ending, this is QUITE DARK; even for a SFM video. Not just the vast silence, eerie scenery, and the slow piano. But mostly the voices. Cosmo sounded like a shy child going through an ordeal. Sonic’s nothing serious except he sounded dull. Tails; he sounded like he has a little-bit of a sore throat in both parts. As for the therapist voice….this is a big one; he sounded like a mixture between the spirit of a Nightbrother, a Dark Side spirit in general, the spirit of an ancient Sith Lord, the Son, and Darth Maul.
In Sonic X how is it fair that Shadow can die twice and come back, but when Cosmo dies she doesn’t come back after death, how fair is that?!? (I know that’s a no but still Cosmo and Tails deserved a happy ending to begin with)

Then again if tangle and whisper from the IDW comics (which is said to be canon to the main line series) along with Rusty rose and Nine from sonic prime appearing in games like sonic dash and forces speed battle then I'd like to hope cosmo can at least appear in those 2 games, hell maybe bring her into the main canon. There is word that the people behind sonic want to start establishing a coherent/consistent canon for the series now, there is especially hints of that from the recent tails tube video, the main 4 acknowledged the likes of mighty, ray, and fang/nack from the classic era as if they haven't seen them in a long time. So who knows what might happen.
I'm so confused by the narrative here. So Tails goes to see a therapist and he gives him some medicine and I'm just guessing on what happens next, he has a dream about reuniting with Cosmo. And because this dream feels so real it relieves some of his stress? People in the comments are saying she's alive, but the therapist said that the medicine would only help him for "today" that's why I think it was a dream or a hallucination. Please someone explain this video to me. I'm not hating on the video. I really liked it. It's well animated and has good writing and good actors. I'm just trying to make sense of it all.
