- Finally here! I can finally watch the Endwalker trailer and share the experience with all of you. It feels so crazy to finally be here after starting my journey half a year ago!

when I saw this before I started playing I was like "hmm, that's interesting". When I watch it after Shb MSQ and after EW MSQ I can't even get through the last part of "Footfalls" without tearing up.
"forge ahead" had been my mantra these past few months

I recall watching the live letter live in the middle of the night with my FC and I saw too. I recognized it was the First Brood but not Tiamat, couldn't make out what Estinien said. But since the name Vrtra and Azdaya were already known, it didn't take much to realize he said Vrtra.

i missed "Vrtra" on the first watch cause i was distracted mishearing "devour his cum"
I love the fact that they put the WoL in silhouette looking like the ascians, who we often saw throughout the MSQ on the moon. What an incredibly meaningful, with a somewhat minor detail.
Translation for the Heavensward portion of the chorus.

Researching dragonspeak was one of the most fun parts of 'homework' for my RP character. And it never gets old.
Good eyes man. Yeah, that's Vrtra, not Tiamat as most people think (given the green dragon Estinien rode last patch). And yeah, Radz-At-Han has major Indian influences. Sharlayan is some strong Greek influence, though if you've seen the Hinterlands colony and Idylshire that shouldn't be a big surprise. And yeah, that final beast you see in the trailer that the WoL blows up: That's the same model as the First Beast in Amaurot.
The Shar segment is just beautiful everytime I see it, the music, the lyrics, every little bit of it is just perfection.

Endwalker is the best story ever told. You have no idea where this story is going, but where it is going is magnificent. This was an absolute masterpiece.

I have been away for a while and now I'm going to dig through your ShB content. I know you enjoyed it and I'm sorry I couldn't experience seeing it as you went through it.
The trailers for this game are Awesome and that goes without saying, however that last part when the WoL swipes away the darkness just gets me everytime.
The dragon-speak from Heavensward is different from the dragonspeak in EW. You should uh..give that a look. =3

Is that Asmongold dancing with Jessica Nigri in the intro?! Man, how does that guy get so much good stuff when his only attributes are being able to grow hair longer than most guys (my hair can go from buzz cut to near my shoulders in just 14 months, but two years later it won't grow a millimeter longer) and having constant eyebrow spasms?
He's a multi millionaire. His lifestyle of living as a dirty hobo allowed him to save all the money he makes from his years of streaming. The only thing he spends money on is food and videogames so he just hoards his wealth like a dragon hoards gold. So yeah, he has connections and knows people who know people despite, again, living like a hermit.

This opening movie is good, but if you really want to see some shit, you should check out the Endwalker launch trailer. It's absolutely beautiful.
