Isnt 1point perspective is wrong in left part? Left block supposed to be behind the central block, in your drawing it is closer to the viewer. Right rim of left block should align with left rim of central block. And left block should be farther to the viewer than the central one

There are a infinite number of vanishing points and the horizon line can be discarded. It would be an interesting way to do perspective as if one was floating in space.

Looking at the floor plan, the left part of the building sets behind the center building. The perspective shows the left part of the building now is in front of the center building.
