Update: I switched my major within the college of engineering this year. As long as you are switching within your college, it's pretty easy. There are some extra steps when switching majors between different colleges, but it's still possible to do so.
I wonder if the 3.8 GPA is specifically a stat for fresh out of high school students. I wish all the college videos on this channel were more specific for students looking for a transfer
