Is it called fetus suicide when it causes a miscarriage? Or murder when the fetus kills the pregnant mother from giving birth? So why do people call abortion murder? It's not a person, it has no fear and it's existence relies on the mother. Victim status shouldn't exist for a fetus or for a mother in regards to pregnancies. People are born in a world where biological [sexual] drives are innate for the existence of ourselves. Let there be a choice for those who accidentally become pregnant and fear the well being of themselves and the future of an unwanted child. Do you suggest it is more ethical to have children raised, unwanted, through concerned parents, and be accidents of life? I will phrase it metaphorically.
Imagine a god such as Zeus where he has one universe to take care of. Inevitably, Zeus casts all kinds of spells to pass the time when nothing is needed to be done. It's what gods usually do. Then one day, he accidentally creates a portal in which he can go through and sees an expanding universe so tiny he can hardly fit into. He rests from exhaustion and envisions this as a forming universe. Now imagine he can not support the existence of this universe well or even tried to prevent it. If he attempts to, it may interfere with keeping the first 'original' universe safe, as his power are limited through the portal. So he can choose to close this opening portal that will expand enough to become a universe like the first one. Or he can close it right of that moment. Is it unethical for Zeus to abort whatever may become in this new universe? Is it not his right to choose in this brink moment?
In fact, (I forgot to mention several other factors) this new universe has a chance of destroying the original universe and Zeus.
Closing it has the lowest risk.

It doesn't change that it's Zeus who caused it to happen. In Zeus case, it's better to change the term "accident" to "careless". So ethically, he is already wrong for playing around, it's his choice whether to accept the consequence/s or do another wrong to save himself.
In regards to women "accidentally" being pregnant, I'd accept a facebook story (not sure if it's real) where the young lady got pregnant after swimming (maybe there was semen in the pool) but to say someone got drunk and then became pregnant, it's a matter of carelessness. If someone got raped or doesn't have money to support the baby, the child could be given to orphanages or an infertile couple. A just born baby has no fears and it's life also depends solely on the people around it, it's the same as the fetus. It's gonna die if it's separated from it's life support. In the case of a baby, grown people and in the case of the fetus, the mother.
And no it's not fetus suicide, a suicide is done by will, the miscarriage will mor elikely fall into the same category as car accident. No it's not fetus murder, it is not the fetus' intention to kill the mother, the situation killed the mother. It's like a baby left in a burning house and the mother coming back for it but though she saved the child she died from toxic gas or something (just an example).
