I ADORE your wrist warmers and the yarn you used!! Looking forward to the pattern releasing. I loved Lady Chatterley’s Lover, I’ve never read the book! xx
Helloooo!! I agree with your review of the Tom Daley book. I had the same thoughts as I looked through it. Crocheters aren't catered for in the same way as knitters, which seems to be how it is with a lot of books and brands etc blah blah blah 😁 lovely to see you. Xxxx
Hellloooo lovely! Exactly my thoughts it seemed like a bit of an afterthought considering how fresh and modern the knit patterns were a missed opportunity for sure… I did try and hide my disappointment 🤣😳 Happy New Year 💕xxx
That was a lovely catch-up with what you've been up to. Well done on finishing some of your crochet makes. Thank you for the book reviews. Have a Merry Christmas and bright blessings on the New Year.
I absolutely Love the frilly wristwarmers & the multi colour yarn... I'll look forward to making those once the pattern is available...🙂 Just finished your Boho Bunting pattern to go across my mantlepiece.... Love watching your Vlogs.... Christmas Wishes to you & your family.... 🤶
I am reading my first Agatha christie book, and I will be crocheting something inspired by the book reading :) I now have to buy that first crochet book. In the show Wednesday, she is wearing a checkered crochet top and someone on RUclips has done a tutorial for it, your daughters might really enjoy that.
I feel the same, I get stuck trying to make something and end up not making anything 😂 Or I start a couple projects and there is no "spark" so I end up frogging everything 🥴 Love the new books you bought!
♥the wrist warmers and the cinnamon colored jumper. Wonder if there would be a similar pattern on Ravelry or Pinterest that would be the close to yours? Is the wrist warmers the same pattern on your blog from November 25 when you used chunky yarn? Thanks for sharing all your projects and books!
Hello! Thank you! The wrist warmer pattern is next on my list to release it won’t be long! I’m not sure if you can find similar online, maybe something without the ruffles? It’s not one I’ve used before as I designed them for a yarn company last year. Xx
Did you release the pattern for the wrist warmers? I've only just caught up with this episode and they would be the perfect project for some new yarn i have but i can't find the pattern.
Thank you! 🤣 - Fisherman Gary was a wip from the last podcast, a lovely doll from a book I’d bought, he’s quite spectacular with lovely tattoo roses over his chest! Sadly still in the WIP pile for now though! xx
The ruffle on both sides is actually not practical for everyday use and at work. It's bulky having all those swirls on the underside. The yarn is pretty tho.
Yes I can see that some people may prefer the ruffles not to go all the way around. I’ve been wearing mine for the past few months and haven’t found they’ve impeded any of my usual activities - I think maybe because they are only wrist warmers so my fingers are still free x

Ooh that Oyster color is so beautiful and floof is a perfect way to describe it.
Thank you! I’m sure there’s a more technical term but that’s the only way I could think to describe it! 🤣
Lovely to see you again. Love the books you got. Have a wonderful Christmas. Lots of love xx
Thank you Louise, wishing you a wonderful Christmas too. Em xx
The red jumper is beautiful!
Thank you 💕

Oh that sounds like a lovely idea! Thank you, I hadn’t thought to check RUclips for Wednesday patterns - I’ll go have a look xx

Yes exactly that! I’ve felt that a lot this year. I’m hoping a bit of forethought may help next year - we’ll see! Em xx
