Thanks for taking the time to share, but if you had 4 cell phones, and you don't press the "hang up button"... it does the same thing. AKA. when I use these, C will talk to Rider D, but when they are done talking press the "PHONE" button to end the call. THEN rider C can talk to rider E, then when they are done one of them has to hang up. If you would have had the microphones hooked up in this tutorial I think you would have realized they were still on vs looking at lights flashing. So if you are reading this, hook the gear up to them so you hear the "BEEPS" or else you may as well grab a snickers we're gonna be here a while.
I had same issue. And now it's fixed. Your Unit 2 is also consider as a primary unit that's why you have the issue. Put Unit 2 ON and press letter A until blue/red light then shutdownthe unit. Do same thing for each letter. Next start your primary unit and the unit 2 and do again the pairing from your master.

The volume when I use it with bluetooth is fine but when another rider wants to talk to me on a noise street I can't hear them. Any advice? thanks!
It sounds like from the manual you should be syncing the "child" units using the "A" button. Not sure if that will make a difference or not.
the headset you made did you wire the plug what was the wiring order on the 4 pole plug.
If you hold the button fir 2 seconds. Will that work.
