- It was time again for some Saltwater Lure fishing for Bass.
I was really Sceptical Lure fishing this spot. It was windy and the sun was Blazin' but then again so was my brand new SEEKER Lure, these are absolutely no match for any Saltwater fish!
Have fun at the Honey hole!!

"I wasn't gonna come out today, but I'm glad I did now,"
That is EXACTLY what makes me go out, even when it's blowing insane winds and pouring down rain.
Even if it's a blank, the fear of missing an amazing day's fishing makes me go out in all sorts of conditions 😅
Great video!!
That's exactly it!
It always the "this could be the day", "what if"
Nice video 👍
Awesome session man. Had loads of mackerel and pollock on the seeker but no bass yet. Will keep trying.
Love garfish. Fight well and so aerobatic. Lots of jumps and splashes.
The best sessions are the ones you don't expect to be.
The gar was amazing!
Thanks for watching mate!
What a great video, your seeker certainly does the business and congratulations on your first garfish. Thanks for posting.
Thank you David!
It certainly does mate, it certainly does!
Great videos Boss. I live in cornwall and usually fish a Western Salty lure, but change the hook to a single as it seems to not snag up on rough ground. Would a seeker work ok in shallow rough ground? I would use a single hook, seems to stop me losing lures.
I think you had an excellent session - Well done!
how much you paying those fish to star in your videos dude i just love it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thats classified🤣
@@Anglingaddict75 yo da man 👌
Great session 👍... Would never have expected to get a garfish from there tho..... Congrats on that being a new species for you
Thanks mate!
Neither did I was well surprised!
Thanks for watching!
Caught quite a few Garfish on Hayling looking toward Eastney this year. Great session 👍
Nice! They are fun, acrobatic little guy!
Great session mate, never moan about it not being the tide you want 😂
Thanks mate!
I will never doubt a tide again😁
Ace video mate what a sweet session :)
Thanks bud!
Nice session mate tight lines for the next one
Brilliant.......well done👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Thank you! I appreciate that💙
Keep at it buddy, it's big girl season now, your PB is out there.
Just started useing a black seeker works well
If your not catching, stick a seeker on😁
Good going mate.
Thanks buddy!
That bass was hungry, you caught him five times!
Sometimes I actually think that I have caught the same fish more than once!
Also have you travelled down and tried bassing in the South East Coast?.
My head won't process "south east" 🤣🤣
What area is that?
@@Anglingaddict75 it's south east coast Brighton,Eastbourne erea I'm newhaven east sussex the ferry goes to dieppe from newhaven. I try to get my head around it of places to go just have disability so am limited to were I can go only for my safety..
@@craighill3454 yes mate, I've been that way a few times
@@Anglingaddict75 what did think and how was your catch report of it down here? Maybe I should push my limits a but more and trust myself to go out of my one dephs.
Love your shows and tips hlad I subscribed to you
Nice catches! I was there for 6 hours Saturday and not a bite on my seeker lol
The fishing there is getting slower but the fish are getting bigger! Fish nearer the sea bed😉
@@Anglingaddict75 got some waders today so next time :D
@@oOOShaunOOo waders are a must😉
I hope to be fishing and just hear BaaaM from across the water
Keep your ears open mate😁 it just might happen one day!
Nice man!!!!!
Good fun this Lure chucking😁
Great session ! Keep it up 😉
Nice to video mate as always!
Thank you mate, I appreciate that!
Tight lines!
well done, good video.did you put the garfish back
Thank you!
Not this time mate, was.out on the rays later in the evening 👍
Yet to catch on the seeker but hopeful! Do you start retrieve immediately or let it sink? Whats the method, is speed or slowness a factor? Cheers. Lovin the chanel....bayam!
Depends where I want to fish in the water column. 9 times out of 10 though start retrieve as soon as it hits the water and I would use a medium/ steady retrieve. Good luck!
Great video.
Would you recommend having the hook at the eye, or tail end, as I have the seekers?
With the way they are shaped, with the heavy end on the tail, I recommend to leave the hooks on the tail. If they were on the eye end, it wouldn't cast or swimm properly I wouldn't think.
My new favourite lure
The Seeker
I bet it is mate, would be mine to after that catch you had👍 thank you so much for the kind words.
@@Anglingaddict75 no problem 😉
Great session. Have you tried the new surf seeker yet.
Thanks mate!
Absolutely have! Love them!! Got a vid coming out soon using the 30g with some lumps on the end😁
@@Anglingaddict75 looking forward to it mate. I’m down Chichester way on lures this weekend 🤞🏻 hopefully beat the 8lb bass I had last time.
Great video mate ! I think I know this place. Is it easy to find a good parking near by ?
Do you have any experience for fishing from the boat ?
There is parking on one of the back roads. No experience on the boat out there. If you do go tread very lightly and carefully, don't go alone! They are drilling back there at the moment VERY big holes!
Tights lines and thanks for watching 👍
@@Anglingaddict75 Thank you so much for your reply and information. I’m very appreciate that
was wondering what rod you are using for the seekers cheers
Shimano aspius 10-35 g.
Bam. Seekers the best, Forget the Rest.
100% Always end up on the seeker! If it ain't broke don't fix it!
Love the video mate do you still use the 23g or have you switched to the 28g on a more frequent basis as I've found the 28g to be a bit to heavy for my sgs2 rod 10-40g rod so I'm having to change up an try the lower weights.
Glad your enjoying the videos. I don't find the 28g to bad to be honest. They are a bit heavier and take some getting used to though.
@@Anglingaddict75 I'll go with the 23g as the rod is to sensitive cheers for the reply bud you have a subscriber seeker seeker seeker lol 🙌
Love your vids. Are you using mono or braid and what strenght? I am just have a lot of problems with wind knots myself
Thank you so much, I appreciate that.
I use braid at 15lb to 19lb where I fish. To help with wind knots close the bail arm with your hand and make sure before you start the retrieve to give the line a little tug below the bottom eye.. 😉
@@Anglingaddict75 Thank you. I will defo try this. Tight lines eh!!
Evening bud forgot to ask what's your favourite colour seeker to use?
Green 100%
@@Anglingaddict75 Cheers bud keep the videos coming tight lines 👍
@@Anglingaddict75 Sorry again for the seeker is it tge Uv green yellow or standard green
Both mate. UV on clear water days, standard when there's a bit of colour
@@Anglingaddict75 ideal only bought the black at the moment but no joy so considering ditching an going white an the two types of green on offer?
Should be wwe angler
But I'm not a wrestler because I wouldn't be able to wear those small pants🤣
Just ordered that lure what set up do you have
You won't be disappointed.
In this video I have a Shimano yasei BB paired with Shimano stradic.
Sorry to be a pain but what cast weight and what braking strain braid do you use thanks for the help
@@markmay7807 no problem bud, 10-35g and the braid is 24lb.
Sweet thanks man iv just subscribed to your channel im gona go get new gear and chase those bass around the South Wales coast 👍
@@markmay7807 that's awesome buddy thank you!
