You’ll get em next time Jason! Take solace in the fact that you got to see that brute at least. Hope the rest of your season was 👍🏼👍🏼.

Seems like you did a thorough search...nice! I think after the shot if you thought you might have missed.... Do some grunts/bleats because that buck would very soon forget what happened.... you u were going to wait anyway. Oh well... We all miss from time to time whether our fault or just "stuff in the way". I just subscribed!!!

It's a hard thing too conquer, almost impossible sometimes. Just have too keep telling yourself, get as excited as you want after the kill. Many bucks have gotten away from this.

Can't believe you're hanging your rifle by the scope mounts.

I’m no marksman, certainly, but your breathing discipline prior to pulling the trigger on that buck needs work. Listen to your breathing while aiming and then firing. Your shot is beyond my effective range of accuracy, even with my .270, although its well within the rifle’s capability. Thanks for sharing.

You got a LOT to learn. With today’s gear, a 200 yd is a chip shot. 😮no excuse.

And you’ve got a LOT to learn about being a decent human being. It’s easier to be kind than it is to make a 200 yard shot. Be better bub.
