a lot of kakegurui fans maybe wondering why there is no season 3, because there is no chapter left after season 2, so we need at least 18,28or 40 chapters for season 3, the manga is monthly so we have to patienly wait..., the mangaka made a lot of side story and a new character, i don't know if MAPPA gonna adapt the side story to be a movie or something, but the one who decide it is Netflix, MAPPA is busy with JJK, AOT and a lot of their upcoming projects on 2021 and 2022, and the director of kakegurui is now working on aot s4.
This is my favourite anime out of the many i've seen! The story is absolutely incredible and the animation is outstandingggg! Hopefully we'll get a season 3 next year!

She cares, thats why she enjoys gambling. If she didnt care gambling wouldnt give her any pleasure. Yumeko is someone who respects having great ambitions and fighting for them, even if it costs your life.
It's so fascinating how many of these characters (especially Yumeko) don't care about death as a genuine threat, it's just a way to make sure gambling has as much risk to it as possible. If Yumeko lost a gamble where her life was on the line she'd be totally chill with that.
That's why I think these characters should play mentor roles, if they existed in teenage action shows. There's a certain beauty in realizing the futility in certain structures and the struggle to find something that doesn't feel futile to think of (a lesson someone like Midari is a specialist on). Imagine it. Kirari acting as Naruto's mentor. Midari as Sasuke's. Or Yumeko as Sora's...
I feel like "Kakegurui" characters would fit "Evangelion" like a glove. They would probably be the other possibility for humanity (another form of Angels), similar to Kaworu. But hey ! At least they might have been able to release our poor repressed individuals.
I haven't seen even one episode yet. I caught a random yt reel and saw her big ole Boo-hoobies and she was a demon. Had to look up the name. I gotta watch this now, I've never seen anime before either. I want to officially become a hermit loser now. This show looks pretty good
