Bashani sab is right that POK's mindset will not change over night. Indians will also not accept a free movement. My thought is after take over the complete integration will happen over decades and phase wise in a controlled manner. Elections will be democratized , basic development of infrastructure will be established with Govt of India investing in a major way. There will be a deradicalization process , establish India's pride amongst the people , and a local self governance bodies such as geographic demarcation into village towns , and districts. Indian civil governance structure , local bodies , police etc will in itself take time to establish.
