I love when RUclips finds me someone that I've never heard of, who I then find something interesting to respond to. I find there is a lot to respond to here and I look forward to finding out more about Ji. Thanks.
Really enjoyed listening to him. Eloquent. And only recently “discovered” him. So passionate & cordial. Use your gift Ji. You have lot’s to offer as a classical, professional pianist.
This remarkable young pianist gives me hope for the younger musical generations (I'm an 80 year old late-life piano student)! His precocity is not in his age, technicality or even his musicality, but in his humanity, sensitivity to others, and commitment to kindness above all. However, by now five years later, I trust that he has deceased referring to gender-specific health equipment used only by women, one that has a sexist, negative connotation. Enlightened consciousness must extend kindness and inclusivity to all genders.
Hummm I didn't find it interesting in that it's not really behind the scenes of being a concert pianist... he is a wonderful humanitarian and that shows.
He is so intelligent, sensitive, deep and so very thoughtful of others. He was so interesting.
He's an amazing pianist....and after listening to him an amazing person.... Love him❤

" I'm talking right now because I want to remind myself to be a better person."
" It's not just music, it's someone's soul."
his way with words made me want to watch more,,,
I'm very impressed by his mention that we should consider other people before we blame (around 14~17min.).
..Oh my. I love this whole video.
Such a passionate finale of the Appassionata! Great!

Such amazing talent. Dry talk, but great show at the end.
Ji needs to collab with Igudesman and Joo, Two Set Violin, Yiruma or just tour. Looking forward to hear him grow as a musician.
멋있어요. 지용님! 감동!

Ji hat den Geist von Beethoven belebt...!
What is his full name, and why didn't you write it in the title and not even the description?
Ji-yong Kim is his full name. He is usually called Ji-yong in Korea, and he might prefer to be called “Ji”.

Unfortunately the piano sounds awful (was it a Kawai?) And maybe the overflowing use of the pedal did not help much. Wonderful technic.
