Episode 87: Soha Is Being Snatched Away

In this episode, Ayush's step-grandparents come and try to take away Soha as Sanjana had evilly advised them to. They even had bought a lawyer along with them. Soha does not want to go and starts crying but Ayush's grandparents do not listen. Ayush comes to protect Soha and tells them how Soha is so happy here and her true happiness relies here on only. His grandparents get emotional and agree to give Dev and Sonakshi a time being of tonight to decide what they want. Soha keeps crying and Ayush consoles her and tries to make her understand that this is her family only. Dev is so done with Sanjana but Sonakshi talks some sense into him and they go downstairs to meet their children. Watch the episode now to know more.

I feel these shows have a huge platform and should properly show the legalities. Sonakshi and Dev are the legal parents of Soha, the grandparents have to win the custody case to be able to even meet Soha. Without winning the custody they don't have any rights. And court will see how happy and well taken care of Soha is and will maybe give them rights to meet Soha in presence of her parents. The grandparents are old, probably don't have any income, so they will be deemed unfit for being legal guardians.

The Dixit's do have the legal custody of Suhana just like the Verma family had of Aayushman's. By this logic, the Dixit's didn't really have to ask for the custody from the grandparents. They could have done the same and snatched the Aayushman away from them.
