Today I touch upon a very critical and important topic which most people tend to ignore; Body Language. Time and again research has shown that the most important element in a communication is body language. Most of the people are not able to hold effective conversations since they don't possess the art of reading non verbal cues in the form of movement of hands, arms, eye contact, smile, gestures, postures etc. In today's video, get to understand the language of body by making sense of the different gestures that people make while communicating. The Dictionary of Body Language by Joe Navarro is a good book to read on this subject
