    Beautiful rig two thumbs up lol. I still want a basic jeep but do want a hard tip and AC. At my age 66 next month and my physical disabilities I would have limited use . my reasons for a jeep is simple need to be street legal and capable of use spurring the aftermath of Hurricane and tornados. Great video I seriously do like your rig. Have a great day and keep looking for that better tomorrow

      Thank you very much sir! :) I truly appreciate your nice comments! Hard top and AC makes all difference with the comfort of driving during warmer months with my kids. LOVE jeeps!! It’s a Jeep thing :) advance happy bday. Have a great day, week, year! Thanks again

    Nice TJ. That 35 though???? Just joking. Good you learned on how to gear it. Knowing how to work on your 4x4 is part of the adventure.

      Haha thanks bro! I did a 8.8 swap on my my old YJ last time. It was exhausting but awesome swap. Welded tubes and everything. Ya the Dana 35 truly is limiting me from going to 35s but I’m happy for now the more I dig into it the more I get stuck at home doing upgrades next thing you know it’s winter ha ha have a good day thanks again

      Thanks :) Love my Roof rack And smitty RTT setup!!!. With a TJ Garvin roof rack is the best way to go.. not bulky, Low profile, 600lbs static load, 300lbs static load capacity. Best looking rack in my book! Thanks for viewing!

      @@kulotsgarage118 how many inches of lift do you have? Also did you regear when you put in the Chromoly shafts? You probably have the best looking and most functional TJ on youtube from what i've seen btw.

      @@smearedperogies5047 Thanks so much bro for the nice comments! :) I did 4 inch Rough Country lift, so I can put 33x12.5 KO2 tires,
      Then I regeared from 3.73 to 4.56, I also had replaced my front/rear open diffs to Detroit Trutracs Torsen limited slip, while I had everything disassembled I decided to replace my rear dana35 axles to chromallys for “slightly” added peace of mind :) Hope this helps. Thanks again

    Can u add and remove the hard top with the rack on?

    • @kulotsgarage118
      @kulotsgarage118  4 года назад +1

      Hi Anthony. Yes technically you can’t tilt the roof rack back by removing the two bolts in the front. But I find easier just to remote all four mounting bolts front and rear to remove rack all together remove/reinstall hard top

    I've never understood Air Conditioning in a jeep,,, I have a 98 Tj as well the Air Conditioning console I removed almost immediately when I bought the jeep replaced it with toggle switches.. if you're hot you remove her tops,, plain and simple...so.if anyone in here can explain to me the purpose of a air Conditioning in a jeep..please explain..im not trying to be funny I just wanna know.

      In some places like where I live. It’s hot as hell during summer with or with top off 100 + degree F heat . lol. But AC mainly used with the top ON during summer. Also keep my kids nice and cool four wheelin with the top ON.
      No taking top off doesn’t always keep you nice and cool. You/we look cool wit the top off but reality is at least in my case it still gets hot
