1. What kind of projects CAN I use White Bat Audio music in?
- Projects such as: films, animations, RUclips videos, live streams, video games and podcasts.
- My music is 100% copyright safe so you can use it in your creative/visual project, just credit me "music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio".
2. What can I NOT use White Bat Audio music in?
- Music projects such as: sampling my music and placing it in your song, recording vocals over my music, or re-releasing my music under a different name/title.
- If you use my music in your film or game, you CANNOT sell/distribute the soundtrack separately from the film/game. For example, you cannot upload the music soundtrack of your project to Spotify (or other audio streaming services) with my music included.
3. How do I credit you?
- "Music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio" is fine. You can put the song title too if you like.
4. Can I record vocals on your music and upload to Spotify, Apple Music etc.?
- No.
5. Can I use your music in videos/projects that are monetized?
- Yes!
6. Why did I get a copyright claim when using your music?
- It is either something else in your video, FB or Twitch being stupid and overly sensitive with their copyright detection software, or someone is making a fraudulent copyright claim on my music.
- If a person/company makes a false copyright claim on your project that uses my music, please dispute it and email me their information so I can take necessary action. - You must credit me in the video description when using my music on RUclips. - If you receive a copyright claim when using my music on RUclips and you are sure you've credited me correctly in the video description, you can simply fill out this form and the claim will be dealt with very quickly: forms.gle/X5QvKPN1YEx7eiKV7 - Once you've filled out the above form, you can dispute the claim on RUclips and it will be dropped.

Need your help. Today, I received Emails from RUclips saying my videos are no longer monetized because they include music by you. I always credit you for the soundtracks to my videos, and I only used your tracks ( other than them being amazing tracks ) because they were copyright free. Now, I fear every video I've made for the last few years will be hit with demonetisation. What do I do? Please help
Send me an email please! I’ve implemented a new system and it has some errors. It requires credit in the description, but if you’ve been crediting in the video itself then I can sort it out for you.

I have always put your info in the end credits of every video plus in the description below the video. There are literally about 1,000 videos featuring your music, so i am really worried today's email from RUclips will be the first of many. They are demonetizing my video and saying the money will go to you from now on. I sent you a DM on Instagram also.

This is REAL PROBLEM right now, we've had this same thing ongoing now on almost 20 videos, @WhiteBatAudio please help solve this situation! 😢 Right now we are not using your music or credits on our new videos because monetizing is blocked by We Are Music Era BV.

@@Altcine hope not. I want to hear Karl own comments before doing any conclusions. I have to say, that we are also angry if this is really done without any warning messages that this will happen, there is huge amount of work to fix all videos that gets those claims now 😑
@@coyoteroadrunnergarage its him claiming the videos, he told me that in a comment, he says that he is using a software to claim every video with his music that dont have credits in the description but he is actually claiming everything, credits or not, like all my live streaming that are claimed even if there are credits (and i did copy/paste from his instruction on how to credit so it cant be wrong), sadly this uploader cant be trusted anymore, it would be crazy from us to trust again someone like him by making hundreds of videos with his "copyright free music" to then watch all of them being taken when he feels like it
@@Hayabusa- Well, sh*t.... 🫤 If this is the case, I'm very disappointed. We have credited him always, even in our intro where has been @WhiteBatAudio Broken song, we have even shown those credits on video, not just on comments. What a mess 😑

We are music era Bv is taking your content and claiming it as their own and hitting us with copyright strikes for using your free music. They do it to a lot of artists as well and it makes the artist look bad cuz the content ID claim has your name! I was told to reach out to you since I was one of the victims
