Vasai has become another nightmare suburb. Population has increased multiple times since last 5 years. Vehicle density gone through the sky. Roads and footpath only God knows whether they exists or not! Citizen cannot walk freely and comfortably. Nowadays getting a proper parking space just to buy some vegetables, even for a two wheeler we have to take rounds of all adjacent roads. Now coming to other basic infrastructures like water and electricity we are at the mercy of the govt dept. We cant predict when electricity and water will come and go ! AND ADDING TO THESE EVER PREVAILING AND GROWING ISSUES, THESE BUILDERS ARE ADDING MORE AND MORE BUILDINGS AND FLATS! MOST OF THE BUILDINGS ARE 18 FLOORS, 20 FLOORS, 22 FLOORS AND I HEARD THAT SOME BUILDER IS PLANNING FOR 27 FLOORS. JUST IMAGIN IF ALL THESE FLAT OWNERS COME HERE FOR LIVING ALONG WITH THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLES - where is the road ? Where is the parking space, where is the water ? Where is the School seats ? Where is the foothpath to walk freely? Just think what would be the state of condition of Vasai after 5 years if this kind of construction / un controlled development activities goes on? Five years back to reach DMart at Vasai west from Evershine City it was taking just 5 to 7 mints. Now the same route takes more than 30 mints. and you get free polluted air and dust on the way. the level of pollution has gone up many times. Only God can save Vasai.... Even in Evershine city during the evening time all the roads are blocked by hand cart sellers....

Super flop project...not worth to buy at 20 lakhs , and if it is MHADA then it's over valued ,it's should cost arround less than 12 lakhs. Over priced and very much difficulty in traveling towards vasai railway station. In heavy rain you will have to stay in Railway station itself. You won't get any auto or bus for this route due extreme water logging.Think twise before purchasing at surksha city.
Now it's 2024 still the project is not even ready 50% and they are still doing booking for Suraksha Phase 1 only Be careful.. these people who are promoting thru RUclips won't be available when we get cheated by the developer
