This episode is just really chaotic! I love it!

This episode really shows the dynamic Bandit has with his kids. Like the typical dad he is, Bandit loves to tease the girls a lot. He cracks jokes, he blocks their way on purpose, he pretends to be Chilli, he makes the games harder... But he always ends up being outsmarted by Bluey and Bingo. And that is actually a good thing, since Bandit creates an environment where the girls learn how to be resourceful and creative. But the fart thing... that is clearly just him putting the blame on the girls, even if everyone knows he is the only one to do that.
This one didn't get added to the Disney Plus app for quite a while - something about the kids using a nickname for Bandit that's actually REALLY not ok, I think - apparently Ooga-Booga has racial implications? I also wonder if the gang at Disney thought some of the teasing was actually *too* mean, especially with Bandit taking Bingo's ice pop!
I figure in the end, every family has to figure out what their own comfort level is with teasing.
It's rare when Bandit learns a lesson.
Teasing isn't bad, bc teasing means everyone is still having fun. If someone isn't having fun anymore, then I classify it as bullying and it's not fun anymore. What Bandit is doing are all just classic dad things that the kids will DEFINATELY throw right back at him as soon as they can 😂😂 (except with the ice block. I believe in teaching kids they have the right to say no, so ask your kid if you can have a taste, or they'll do the same to you and your food) I have a little cousin who has never been taught not to touch other peoples food as he'd simply snatch whatever I was eating or drinking right from my plate or hands. Very annoying
the funniest part is after banditfarts chili smacks him lol XD
Pound-for-pound funniest episode. Chaotic Bandit is unmatched, and partly because you know he's always just playing around and not being mean about things.
This is my favorite Episode of Bluey
I'm not sure if you learned this in fish school (no pun intended) but fish actually do pass gas. They have special bladders that help them float.

The episode was banned in Australia because the term "Ooga Booga" was considered to be too offensive amongst the Indigenous Australians

Oh wow, you’ve got the pre-edited one! In Australia, the name given to Bandit by Bingo was changed as well. As someone else already mentioned, it came with racial connotations that could be seen as offensive, so they took the episode down, fixed that scene and put the newly edited episode back up. The new name was “Shoobidoowah”.
I don’t even know how I really felt about that episode getting banned, but my favorite part of the episode is bandit heeler being a drag queen with those shining pink eyelids and a hat, which makes him so fine and beautiful! 14:22

This is definitely my favorite season 1 episode at the very least. I'm definitely gonna use password and name change if I have kids. Maybe I'll do it to my nephew when he grows up

Because ABC and BBC pulled the original cut of the episode. As it contained a word that’s actually is extremely offensive to Indigenous Australians.
This is one of few times where ALL broadcasts got edited, not just Disney+ broadcast.

Apparently "Ooga Booga" got changed, because it's a racist iteration or something.
Which is weird, because Eustice says "Ooga Booga Booga" in Courage the Cowardly Dog, and that's ok.
They can’t air any of Courage the Cowardly Dog in Australia anymore because of Eustice using that term throughout the show. “Ooga Booga” is actually very offensive term for indigenous Australians.

But the censors changed "Ooga Booga" back in Bluey though, from what I heard! Also, most of the fans probably didn't get the reason since "Ooga Booga" just sounds like something made up.
