Chris, I have watched other real estate bloggers and I have found they are changing in a negative way. I feel that one personality in particular is becoming very showy or over confident and inviting guests that are full of you know what. I miss Florida such as The Boy’s in Delray. It was always an adventure. Lol Just keep positive and let us know what’s going on in the area you serve.
The thumbnails give it away when beating the algorithm became the goal I could tell as someone who had my own little channel. The titles and thumbnails were the hooks and then the content spoke on the reality

@blakeh212. I like Palm Beaches Paul's RUclips channel, he bashes no one nor does he make comments about any other real estate channel, he's really laid back, mature and very down to earth. I love his bike rides and other adventures around Palm Beach County. He's extremely unpretentious.

I appreciate this video. I find more value from this than you lamenting about Micheal or Sarasota Tim and so on. Maybe you get less clicks but being more original and focused in on a niche will help you keep loyal viewers or gain potential clients.

I was told several times that my first vlogs were “boring” and “not genuine” among other things… I realized that I was NERVOUS and I didn’t know what people wanted to watch. Then I did a few lives and I’m just doing NOTHING… tons of views? Okay. Just be me… but that title and thumbnail gotta get clicked right? It’s that lipstick you gotta put on to get that extra $100K 😢 Oh well. We are human, we like entertainment! Let’s just roll with it. Keep sharing- you’re good on camera. Commenting while watching. I would think having a RUclips channel is like having a deal with the devil. I'm not an expert but if someone watches your channel then RUclips feeds them more real estate channels. I guess it can work both ways but it has to dilute your audience.
GL is now advertising on local NYC TV networks. PIX11 news at 10 especially. They have slowed down in PSL for sure. Building more spec homes as “quick move in”.

Less people afford better it’s for environment lol
