- I travelled to South Africa recently as The MMA Guru to meet up with Dricus Du Plessis, Cameron Saaiman to do boxing and much more, this is a full vlog of my experience there. Let me know what you guys think the comments section down below.

Had a lot of problems with this video being uploaded over the past couple of days, hope you guys enjoy it. I'll be back to regular content now and streams, I'll post the full interview with Dricus Du Plessis closer to his fight, it was very hard to get recorded content whilst out there but I tried for the vlog I guess.

I joke a lot in Guru's comment section, but if I'm being real, I'd be honored to have a similar experience with these guys. They all seemed like cool, genuine dudes.
Dude flew 11hrs, zero sleep, spent a few hours having his energy sapped further in some boiling podcast room, then had to summon energy to be filmed throwing against mitts.

It's amazing the advancements in the medical field. His striking was good. He's just got to break in and get used to using those legs again and really generate power from his legs into his punches and his movement. But he has a really good base to build off of honestly.

I’ve made a few different accounts since then but I can proudly say I’ve been watching Guru since about 50k subs and tbh I want more of this content. Not saying that I want him to slow down his regular content but it is refreshing seeing a more human side of the Guru and I would definitely like to see more vlogs!

Probably hasn't hit pads in a long time and being with someone new with an accent it all goes into it. Seems like he was focusing on the shot commands and his coordination above everything else. Cage control can be for another day😂

Once you lose about 15-20 more pounds you’ll have very good cardio at least for me I’m 6’2 and a half or 6’3 220 and my cardio is insanely good now. I use to weigh 500 pounds btw no joke I lost around 280 pounds

1. I like Cameron Saaiman and was gutted when he lost to that guy who missed weight. It was competitive, but I wanted him to have that win streak. He seems in good spirits though.
2. Let me get this straight, DDP trained in high elevation, no air conditioning, and at a high pace all while not being able to breathe effectively until before Robert?!?? No wonder he's a monster.
