  • Part thirteen of my engine build, in this episode I finish assembling the head, machine a bush on my lathe for the cam chain idler to run on, use my CNC mill to spot face the cases and dummy assemble the engine.
The goal is to create a running V-Twin Lifan engine, inspired by Allen millyard's ss100 V-Twin builds. I want to use as many standard parts as possible to make the build as easy as possible and reduce the number of parts I need to make.

I know the audio from the iPhone is garbage, although I’ve gotten a new usb mic for my PC the voice overs, they seem a lot more crisp. The next thing on the list is a lapel mic for the iPhone.

Or a new iPhone? The RUclips channel Goonzquad records everything with only a iPhone (13 now I believe), and both picture and sound are broadcast quality 👍😀 And also, we are here for the awesome content, not picture and sound quality 👍😂

@@jesperwall839 thanks, I think it is because it was raining heavily when I was in the garage and I tried to remove most of the noise as it was even harder to listen to. Next time I’ll probably just voice over the entire video

Great to see the V Twin progressing, the cam drive has worked out very neatly 👍

great work sir ! i thought of something similar project but the amount of machining required to convert my engines to parallel twins is quite scary for me tho :)
