Yes this is a recurring theme for sure, esp boasting how much they are saving on electricity, like one guy said he saves $40/year on not having a bulb in the fridge, someone did the math and figured it would be $4 a year if the fridge was open an HOUR every day lol.
I like the realtor ! She’s smart & some people may disagree but having to struggle is a great teacher sometimes because it helps you manage better when you start making money!

Have you realized that the only reason you have said the realtor is smart is due to the fact that she said that she had to do what she had to do because her husband died. But in all honesty, which I don't agree with, she is is just hustling her clients.
Coffee filter airline lady saves $6 a year on Coffee filters . Yet she uses electricity and water to sanitize the pillow covers. Ok 👌. That either evens out financially, or it costs more to sanitize the sheets.

I know people who lived out of their suitcases for couple of years, moving to cheaper places but they had a goal in that, now they have their own house and they build it without any mortages or loans,
I found it absolutely unacceptable when that family forced that girl to pay for expensive food she didn't order. They intentionally got the most pricey things on the menu, and ambushed her when it was time to pay the bill. It is NEVER okay to force someone to buy you things. If they don't offer, you have no right to challenge that. I don't care what lesson you think they need to learn, that's theft. One of her sisters even said that she knew that lady would pay the bill because she loves her family. What a disgusting way to take advantage of someone you claim to love.
I'm guessing you forgot the part where she literally steals her family's belongings Not only did she take their stuff, she hid it and watched them look for it for months... She has no right to just take people’s stuff and expect them to act happy to found out she took them she’s lucky her family doesn’t charge her with theft you don't take for the people you "love" .

Then why are the eggs I get from people who keep chickens so much cheaper? I have gotten eggs from friends and coworkers with hens for as low as $1 per dozen.
I have 5 chickens gives us 2 18 packs and 3 12 packs easy off the 5 and only spend 20 $ for a 50 lbs bag of feed once every three months!

I spend more money on groceries and my dogs and cat than I do my chickens for real and to the city slickers no you don't need a rooster for eggs they are just for meat ,breeding and protecting the hens or a noisy alarm system well before the sun's up😂.
