Hey out of all the RUclips videos we sit thru and watch and listen to these dudes talk talk talk, this dudes got the most soothing voice for car repair.. and to the guys comment saying ‘speak up man wtf’.. turn your fuckin speakers up homie, that’s what the technology of sound amplification is made for player.
Would you happen to know what's the valve cover bolts torque and sequence specifications when you tightening the bolts back on the engine? Do you have to thight the bolts 3 times and then on the last third time you torque the bolts using the torque wrench? I heard the torque is 7ft pounds others say is 8 and 10. Which one is it? I'm new at this and don't want to damage anything. Do you have to remove the pcv valve from the valve cover or not? I watched another RUclips video in which the person removed the screws to break it loose from the valve cover but left the valve cover in the same spot of the engine and just removed the valve cover. Hope you can help me out.
I've seen other guides where they do. Speaking as an aircraft mechanic that tinkers with car repairs, I would just look at them and replace them if they are worn in any way.

Do you need to replace the screws on the valve cover?
