Mister Rogers represents the kind of world that I grew up in. Was the world perfect then? Was it all sunshine and flowers? No. But it was certainly closer than it is today. For my children, the world is a very different place... a place that I wish wasn't so different. I introduced them to him as soon as they could sit still long enough. The reruns are on each morning at 9AM and we sit together and watch. My hope is always that they're coming away from those shows, with the same happiness, curiosity and wonder that I did as a child. They love "Mr. Rogers time", so that's a good sign that they are.

Hello Habibi Brothers, I enjoy your channel 💙 peace to you.
Would be a shame to not let you know of the Mister Rogers movie that was made a few years ago, starring Tom Hanks as Mr Rogers. Perhaps you could do a reaction to "IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD".
It's not a biography film as much as a true story of a reporter who had to do an interview with him.
It's a great movie, I think you'd enjoy it, and I think a great reaction video for you.

Mr Rodgers was really a gift and in my opinion a prophet in his own right one of the greats preaching kindness acceptance love and letting individuals know that they matter we need someone like him now with all the mental health and suicidal children nowadays he really was everyone's father/grandfather/uncle he was a member of the family didn't matter color or anything. He was one of the first people to have a black person costar on his show and be a regular in a time when racism and segregation was still big and they got in a mini pool together and he made that man feel like a regular person didn't matter his race or where he was from and he paid him well. The network didn't want a black man on a children's show at that time but Mr Rodgers was so powerful they did what he wanted because he threatened to leave and stood up for him I was one of the last generations to see his show but the impact was so real to this day still being mentioned

Mr. Rogers was a minister/priest in a different religion but he didn't care about that when he did his show. He didn't care what religion, skin color, gender, or race his viewers are. All Mr. Rogers cared is that he is able to do is being the good in the world. You can really feel his love. That the things that make people different are what makes them special. He taught us how be generous, reasonable and responsible. He was notoriously kind. If you wrote him a letter, he took the time to write back because he knew that it was important to live the love and decency that he taught. I don't think people from other countries understand how good he was. Its seems like Mr Roger's neighborhood was on TV half my life on public broadcasting, it was free to watch for everyone. If you had an old TV (us being poor) and you could stick an old antenna somewhere, you could watch Mr Rogers. Seeing this today brought tears to my eyes. I'm 67 years now. Thanks for sharing this.
    He passed away in 2003

I was only 4 when his show first started. I would hold my baby brother on my lap and watched his shows. Always felt like he was talking to me and my baby brother. He was so positive, kind, and we sang along. He made a child think and understand their world. Amazing man and always loved the puppets! I’m 63 and will never forget it. He was a personal grandparent that reached the heart. If only the whole world watched him as a child what a world it would be..

Mr. Rogers was a national treasure. I grew up watching him, and my heart breaks for anyone that didn't. He was a truly kind soul that cared about everyone and worked for a better world by trying to teach children a better way. His show was educational, not just in how the world worked, but in self-development, and acceptance of people who were different from ourselves.

I’m sad for the people who did not grow up with him or watch his show after he passed away. He was so kind and showed unconditional love. Some children and even adults never heard they have value and matter simply by being themselves.

We have a saying in America: "Be the kind of person Fred Rogers always knew you could be". Everyone loves him: Liberals & Conservatives, Christian, Jewish or Muslim. He was a minister but he didn't really preach; instead he lived a simple life of example in an era when TV preachers were increasingly greedy, corrupt, judgmental and vulgar. Insulting or criticizing him, even for ardent atheists or people being "edgy" or whatever, is Generally Not Done. In a country where almost nobody agrees on anything, everyone agrees: Fred Rogers is the absolute GOAT.

back in elementary school we got to have video time once a week and there were 3 shows we all loved: mr. rogers, reading rainbow, and magic school bus. i always loved mr. rogers more than sesame street, and the more i've learned about him as an adult the more respect i have.

When I was a little girl I remember watching his show and feeling peaceful. I was an anxious child and he made me feel accepted and calm. So many shows today have flashing lights and its as if they are almost yelling at you. Mr Rodgers had just a basic set with little puppets in "the land of make believe". I would sometimes tune in to his show as an adult and become emotional because everything he said back then is still true today. I hope that Mr Rodgers help give self worth and calm to kids who may have been in a turbulent household. He is a legend. I love seeing your reactions. It just goes to show his message is for ALL people! There is a famous episode back when segrigation between black folks and white was still being done in some areas. The postman on the show was black. It was a very very hot day and Mr Rodgers invited him to take his hot work boots off and relax his feet in the little wading pool the same as Mr Rodgers was using to cool his feet on the hot day. This small act of kindness showing we are ALL the same. We get hot on a Summers day, we feel pain and joy no matter what color of our skin! This one episode mended many bridges in the Sixties when it aired. Fifty five years ago! We ALL could have a dose of Mr Rodgers wisdom right now because some have fallen off the path of kindness. Thank you for bring back a moment of my childhood from this amazing human. He is a bit "otherworldly" you are right! xx Peace to you both!
