Well the truth is the truth I was born March the 10th I would have turned 3 years old 5 days after Patsy Cline died I grew up listen to all of her music my favorite song is back in baby's arms
Born in 72 I grew up listening to Patsy Cline & old country music ! She had a voice of an angel! RIH Patsy ! Love your channel! Been following you a long time! Keep the videos coming... ❤
Same. Born in '72. My mom [rih] was a huge fan of Patsy Cline. I'm not a big fan of country music. But whenever I hear a song of her's (and Charlie Pride). I think of my mom playing her vinyl records in the house.
Patsy was one of the greats, I love her music. Such a shame Randy wasn't a very experienced pilot, cost them all their lives. Rest Peacefully In Heaven Patsy. Always your fan.
Patsy Cline a awesome singer with a great voice. So very sad she passed away in the airplane crash in1963, she passed three years before I was born,1966.May Patsy Cline be at peace with God in heaven. My mom Joyce Parsons loved her singing, Joyce Parsons passed away November 13,2020, was82.💐
Patsy Cline was my ex-wife's second cousin, I've been to her gravesite in her hometown of Winchester Virginia many times. Winchester is an absolutely beautiful little town by the way, I have some property and cabin there.
Yeah, I was thinking about Valens also during this video. He also had a premonition of his death. It's really weird how both of them knew they were going to die at young ages.
Think i remember reading that one of Ritchies friends was killed when a plane broke apart in the sky and a piece of the plane hit him, it may have killed others i think when they were in school. Something like that, so his fear of planes was intense
Excellent tribute to a fantastic Country & Western Singer , I live near the crash site, last year they had a nice 60 year memorial service regarding the crash
Patsy Cline and others died when the weather was not safe to fly! The sad thing was if the waited, this tragedy could have been avoided! Pilot error was also a factor. Randy Hughes was not trained to fly with instruments, He was only sight only pilot. This story is the same as JFK Jr. Rest Easy to all who perished😢.
My dad would listen to Patsy Cline and the Everly Brothers in our basement. I would be in bed upstairs waiting to go to sleep and listening to the music.
Mrs Mississippi 1964 35 years ago I worked at fluidmasters toilet factory me and the girls would go to our favorite bar called bananas I would always play patsy on the jukebox and Bobby gentry and sing along so much fun you always bring back memories I ❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you fellowtraveler❤❤❤❤❤ you
She was one of my favorites to listen to as a child. So sad how she passed away. RIP Patsy. Thank you, Lamont for this great video paying tribute to her.
Hi Lamont, thank you for remembering Patsy Cline, it was such a horrific death that she suffered, her body was pulled apart so badly, it’s a beautiful memorial site of the 4 victims. It’s like she knew she was going to die, she died so young, bless her and her beautiful music. RIP Patsy cline and Charles’s and the 3 victims💐💐💐💐, patsy you will never be forgotten. You will live in our hearts forever. All the best Lamont xxxxxx
Oh how I just love you for doing this video! I was only 5 years old when she died. Growing up, it was thought odd that a young, Northern (Minnesota) Black girl just loved her some Patsy Cline (and I still do to this day)! But I never gave a sh*t because music is music and you love what you love about it! Thank You, Lamont❣❣❣
That’s not weird! Music is what brings us together! People probably find it odd that I’ve been obsessed with Barry White since I was 4-I have a mom with awesome taste in music, and she carried it down to me. I love me some Patsy Cline! 🩷 I love music, period! I don’t care what people think either :) ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks Lamont. GREAT JOB!!!! Yeah, my father was a BIG PATSY CLINE FAN!!!! At his and my mom's 45th "WEDDING ANNIVERSARY," I made them play Patsy throughout the night. Daddy really liked that!!!! I watched a movie about Patsy called "SWEET DREAMS" with Jessica Lange. From the way they made it out, Charlie Dick was JUST THAT!!!! I wonder what Patsy's kids are doing now?! Rest In Eternal Peace Patsy and Charles; you are MISSED!!!!
My grandfather loved Patsy Cline. He could play guitar by ear and would play her music on his antique Gibson. Because of him, I absolutely love her music.
That was very well put together to show you the last concert venue, the final hotel site, the crash site with all of the tributes and the final resting place of Patsy. I have long been a fan of her music cause she has a very extraordinary voice that I know will survive forever, may she forever rest in peace.
My wife is always listening to Pasty Cline and the Oldies. She says, i was born in 78' and my wife was born 85' so we grew up listening to all of it from listening to what our parents played and eventually we started listening to it ourselves as we were coming out of our toddler yrs lol 😊 Patsy Cline is one of my wifes most favorite. Thank you Lamont for the awesome story of our Pasty Cline! Be safe out there!
I was only 13 but loved listening to her music and all the rest of the country singers, this was a very sad day for everyone dying in a plane crash very tragic! Lamont you rocked this video great job once again !
Just a reminder to us all that tomorrow is not guaranteed. God can call us home at any second. R.I.P. Patsy Cline and every one who died in the crash. Great video by the way Lamont! 👍
You are right on Lamont as a baby boomer I have seen so many fantastic singers, and band members die before their time. From Buddy Holly, Jimmy Hendrix, Elvis Presley and so many more that I wonder why not me. During the sixties and seventies, I was an active Hippie and played with drugs, and was even a member of a Rock and Roll band. So, keep up the magnificent work Lamont and stay safe, God Bless. 1776
Say Lamont at large this was a really sad story of patsy cline her music will go on forever my prayers go out to all her love ones this was a really great video Lamont at large.
Thanks for this thoughtful, well done, well researched and respectful video production Lamont. Patsy was my favorite female singer. Sadly, Randy Hughes was not an experienced pilot, he only had a total of 160 flight hours and was not instrument rated for low visibility weather conditions. I've never seen the music hall up close. It's nice you paid respects to the others who died as they have surviving family members too. This is great, two thumbs up!
Jerry Lee Lewis was supposed to be on that plane. He was getting ready to step onto the plane. Something told him “don’t do it”. He told them he will meet them later

Her voice and songs will live on forever! Not a day goes by that I don’t listen to her songs! How many times have people said “if only “ she had gone with Dottie! I have often thought about her children! Thank you Lamont for doing this video! Much appreciated! 😊
Oh Patsy Cline ! My all time Favorite singer !! She had a gift . I absolutely study her voice it’s like butter ! No one comes close to her !! RIP PATSY .❤

HOW horrible that the people who got there stole the money, what a bunch of creeps!! That should of been for the husband and kids.

This is one of your best videos yet, not trying to diminish the deaths of Patsy and crew. Shame on those who pilfered the site.
Patsy Cline what a voice. Rest in Peace to those who didn't survive.
Love her singing "Crazy" All these beautiful voices silenced amongst the wreckage of aircraft 😢
Thank you, Lamont.😊
Patsy Cline a awesome singer so sad she passed away May Patsy Cline,RIP💐

@MeadeFatLoss Yes, he was.
Very nicely done! 😻🌹
Smooth, angelic buttery laced voice! I was listening to some of her music earlier. Gone far too soon. May Patsy and the other passengers be at peace.

The audacity of people stealing other people's money blows me away. That money belonged to the husband and kids.
Some people are just such scumbags.

They tend to jump into smaller planes and fly a lot of miles while taking risks to stay on a tight schedule, it's sad but not too surprising, I guess.
