I see a lot of people complaining about price so I just wanted to put this out there; it's not just oatmeal.
It's oats and protein powder and chia seeds and flavoring and - depending on what you get - fruit. Plus labor (which is the big thing) and shipping, so honestly, it's not a bad price if you're looking for something both healthy and convenient.
If you buy all the ingredients yourself (and take the time to find out the correct ratios) then you'll probably save money in the long run, but you certainly won't save time. And that's what this product is promoting; simple yet flavorful foods that don't take much preparation, yet aren't filled with unhealthy chemicals. YES, you CAN just make oatmeal. But this is healthier with fun flavors that is made to drink on the go. Again, saving time.
As I haven't tried the product, I can't say that they have succeeded in what they're trying to do. I simply don't know. But THIS is what they are promoting, and it's sad that no one seems to recognize it.
Damn bro really spit a bar and only 4 people liked it

I have absolutely nothing to add. You positively hit everything that Oats Overnight has to offer! I have no complaints. In fact, because Oats Overnight hits every single checklist item imaginable. Oats Overnight is ON THE GO, much HEALTHIER than fast food, DELICIOUS, and I have time unused and set aside for other things. Thank you, Oats Overnight!
Fantastic take on this one
The company discourages the use of water as it changes the flavor FYI
Yes! It literally says Do not use water.
I love the simplicity! I put them in a shaker bottle (love the oats overnight one with the fill line) with coconut milk overnight. Easy peasy!!
You can always bulk it up with more fresh fruit, walnuts, etc
They SPECIFICALLY say they don’t recommend water and that the shaker ball is unnecessary. It’s not spray paint.
Anyone recommend taking this After eating an actual breakfast? Or would this be to much to consume in morning after 3eggs cheese sandwich plus pancake plus 15g protein Greek yogurt and then considering taking this oats while I drive to work
*28yrs male 130lbs physical work plus I actively excercise hence why I'm asking.
I feel like I still need something more for my breakfast lol
It says do not use water
I read that, but I found it taste ok with water, not the same taste but ok.
They don’t recommend to use water because it could damage the flavor…
Are these oats good with diabetics? Are they sweet?
they have some that are full of sugar and some that aren’t, it’s dependent on the flavor you pick
It literally says DO NOT USE WATER! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just bought a 52 pack of Quaker flavored oats and 2 bottles of almond milk for 20 dollars 🤷🏾♂️
Quaker Oats all GMO do your research
@@jonathanbeltran2910 gmo isn’t bad
Do you know if these help with weight loss
no sorry
everything helps with weight loss lol, u can eat 2000 cals of candy and lose weight but 4000 of lettuce and gain
Yea it’s a decently good breakfast. Add a scoop of protein powder to kick it up. Obviously not the best breakfast you can eat but it’s good for the convenience. Lots of energy
I know you’ve already gotten the other answers and it’s been a few months but “no sorry” is definitely a wrong answer. it’s all about calories but of course you want to focus on nutrient dense foods. these are relatively low calorie (all around 260-300 kcal) and have a decent amount of protein and a bit of fiber so they’re great on their own and if you want you can mix in some yogurt for more protein or add some fruit for some fiber and nutrients. as long as you’re in a calorie deficit you’ll lose weight
That’s not how food works. To lose weight, count all the calories you’re consuming in a day. I don’t know your weight/age/gender but for example, say you try eating 2500 calories a day every day for a couple weeks and you stay the exact same weight; then that’s your “maintenance” calories. Then all you have to do is eat less calories than that to lose weight. It’s really that simple. Doesn’t matter if you eat pizza, burgers, lettuce, fruit, whatever, as long as you count the calories and you eat LESS than your maintenance calories, you will lose weight.
Some foods make it easier to stay consistent with your diet than others, because some foods will fill you up more and have less calories. For example, 100 grapes will have around 350-400 calories total. Half of a cheeseburger will have about the same amount of calories, but will fill you up WAY less!
Moral of the story: Count calories and ea the same amount for a while, play around with it to find your “maintenance”, then eat less than that. Try to eat foods that fill you up the most for less calories, generally fruits/vegetables and non-processed foods will be the best.
I had no idea the blender bottle didn't come with the blender ball. Then it's not really a blender bottle it's more of a Shaker which is lame
Oats Overnight strongly suggest that you do not use water.
Yah but the price looks a little high
It’s convoent or you can buy the stuff yourself $60 can get you 16 packs or $80 for 32
It's not just oatmeal, though. It's oats and protein powder and chia seeds and -depending on what you get- fruit. Plus labor and shipping, so honestly, it's not a bad price.
It’s says use milk NOT water. lol

It’s really not tho.
Not when you have discounts
Do people really not know how to make oat meal?
Most reviews for this product have had the most brain-dead reviewers trying it out.
Maybe people just wanna know what the consistency looks like because maybe they eat theirs chunkier. Sheesh
tastes nasty
