Tasting notes, flavor notes are real. Just depends on what you’re eating, what you’ve eaten, what tastes you’re familiar with. Everyone’s taste is different. Also, met one of the sales reps from Holt’s at my local lounge, he was great! Just like another dude who loves cigars. Gave me some recommendations. Also sometimes people hear chocolate and think hot chocolate, Hershey, sweet, sweet. Instead of baking chocolate, coco, subtleties.
God bless the Noblesse so good gives chocolate brownie. Actually pairs wonderfully with a brownie topped with French vanilla ice cream and a double shot of espresso omg that’ll put you in heaven!!
Hey Mazz and Fac, just wanna say thank you. Im 21 and just starting out in my cigar journey and your all's videos have helped me more than anything. So far my favorites are Padron 1964, Ashton VSG, and any of the Padron x000s. Your videos help give me ideas on what to try next. Thanks again guys and happy smoking!
@@williambecht9208 out of all of the other vices you could have chosen I'd say you picked a relatively safe, legal and door opening one! If I may suggest a few good and inexpensive ones: MY FATHER is an excellent lineup. You can never go wrong with PERDOMO. FACTORY SMOKES is my everyday cigar. I usually go with the maduro but I know you're just starting out so you may want to try their milder selection. Lastly, I am not sure where you are located but I'm in New Jersey and we have some old school, truly brick and mortar shops that sell a few known brands but also have their own house blends that can be pretty damn good. Oh one more suggestion is ARTURO FUENTE. I like the ARTURO FUENTE CURLY HEADS as well as the CAMEROON! HAPPY PUFFING and best wishes and blessings to you and yours!
I just started out myself. I haven't had the chance for many cigars so I don't think I could provide a specific cigar favorite. But my favorite brands so far are Fuente and LA Aroma De Cuba. I didn't enjoy the romeo y Julieta
Love this channel, but I’d like to add my favorite chocolate cigar- Romeo y Julieta Reserve Maduro No. 4. I call them my “chocolate sticks.” With a glass of good Irish cream? Boom! To any reading this, try them. I do get an occasional issue with draw, but I can’t stop buying them. Delicious!
Thanks for your great videos. Always nice to hear both of your opinions and tips. I smoke Maduros 90 % of the time, so I do get chocolate often. But I am going to try a couple of those that I haven't yet. Thanks again.
A chocolate and cigar pairing is something i did. I can highly recommend it. In one hand you experience a new taste in the chocolate, on the other you start to taste even more chocolate out of the cigar. next time you smoke this cigar, you will taste the flavor hints out even more.
A little bit on the cheaper side but I have to say that I get a nice rich note of dark chocolate, along with coffee with the FACTORY SMOKES MADURO. I must also say that the PADRON 3000 MADURO is a chocolaty dream!!
One of my favorite flavors profiles I love above all other flavors. Excellent choices to try. And Fach! My man, breaking out with some dazzling colors. 😎 Mazz needs to catch up! 🙌🏼🔥🔥🙌🏼
Awesome video gents! I am not a coffee drinker, BUT, with a La Aroma Mi Amor, I will inlulge in a cup of black coffee. The chocolate notes from the Mi Amor, takes the bitterness away form the coffee. To me, this cigar and black coffee combined, give me the taste of smoking a double choclate brownie! I definitely need to try the Nobless as well. As always, thank you both for a wonderful review! Cheers!
Absolutely love Mi Amor, but two I definitely get a huge Chocolate presence from are Juarez by Crowned Heads, and Under Crown 10 by Drew Estate. Great video as usual gentlemen.
Great choices! My go to chocolate bombs are Foundation Olmec maduro, AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Maduro, LADC Reserva, Oliva Melanio maduro & MB3. Keep up the excellent content. Always looking forward to both you guy's videos. Very informative, and funny to.

Hard to pick my favorite but that Perdomo 30yr anniversary maduro is my pick , great deep dark chocolate with black coffee stand out for me in that stick.
Great video :) Chocolatiest cigars I've had are from some smaller makers like Sinistro and El Mago. Would be really cool if you did some reviews of smaller less well known brands!

Love this video and all the videos boys cause you have helped me get into cigars in a different way and made me look for the notes that you describe when I buy a cigar so thank you very much Mazz & Fac 👏🏾👏🏾
I love their 1st pick. It is the most expensive however the best the LA Aroma De Cuba Noblesse is a game changer i fell in love with this Cigar if you haven't had it yet go get one. great video
I was having an Oliva G Toro Natural while fly fishing on a river, and for some reason I could easily taste dark chocolate. Unfortunately, that was the only time I could really get a tasting note of chocolate. I have to go back to the exact place with the same cigar and see if it happens again 😂. Noblesse is a great cigar, I wish I could get more tasting notes in general.
@@yusufsayed1583 thank you very much! Looking for a new Sunday cigar, I try to switch them up every now and again. However I have been stuck on Arturo Fuentes the last few Sundays. I am looking forward to trying it! Thanks again!
All tobacco along with the rest of plants, and flowers have terpenes. The tobacco blends and their terpenes is what makes the blend, and its flavor profile. For example, the leaves on a apple tree compared to those citrus smelling on a lemon tree. Same difference with tobacco. corojo, criollo, Ecuadorian sumatra, habano, habano2000 are some tobacco types; each with its own aroma, taste and leaf charecteristics.
Great video. Love all the recommendations but the lack of theJaime Garcia Reserva Espescial is criminal. One of the most chocolate/cocoa forward cigars I've smoked. All of the Jaime's are chocolate heavy at least in my exp \erience.
Man, been a while since i had that San Cristobal Quintessence. First time i had it, all I was tasting was nice rich chocolate throught the blend. Gotta get a box of those sometime
Sorry, but the "La Aroma De Cuba, Mi Amor" tastes like over done Easter bread you forgot in the toaster oven. For those not familiar with Easter bread, image a yellow moist sweet bread that glows yellow from the number of eggs used to make it and its baked woven like a braid with a shiny egg white glaze. The Mi Amor even left a sweet flavor on my lips but I''ll be damned if I caught any notes of chocolate or even coffee in this cigar. It burned perfectly and its construction was impeccable, but the large label was just awkward. Honestly you really need to finish off with this cigar is a big bowl of freshly made popcorn with copious amounts of butter.

One thing I love to do is break off a milk chocolate square and leave it melt on my tongue before smoking a cigar. Love it !!
