In fashion heights are important but weight as well. Still depends on countries. Generally speaking as a female you don't have to weigh more than 60 kg even if you're 6 ft tall or more. For men I actually don't know but I guess weight is not important for them but proportions. Korean models and kpop idols don't weigh much. I guess for them be underweight is normal and completely healthy because it's super common
