Somehow i cant calm down now, this has been on for 3 days now. i feel like quitting my channel.
Do you know any advice on calming down? Its alr if you dont

You can take a break from your channel for a week or for as long as you need, focus on yourself, do some hobbies you like or just listen to music in your room
