base set team rocket jungle diamond and pearl black and white e series neo serie are all good
I would say right now, wait for evolving skies, its such a amazing set with a lot of good/possible hits. Also wait for 25th celebration saw some cards of it they will be aamzing! The sets rn chilling reign is in my opinion a very boring set w bad pull rates. Hidden fates en shining fates are still good but the newer sets will be deff more interesting.
@@lostkiller1312 those are good sets bit that's all older stuff that's not on shelves and won't help a new collector if they just want cheaper, modern packs to open.
@@animationsallindeed2589 chilling is a decent set, try opening checklane blisters and regular boosters, those have the best rates from my experience (opened 8 packs with a holo, a v, a vmax, a fullart trainer and an alt art. All from individual packs. Booster boxes and etbs that are expensive doesn't always mean more pulls)
