NOT tour rehearsals as labeled. Look at the date, the tour started on 7/23/1983. This was an attempt by management to record the live show with the complete stage setup, in a recording studio setting. Sting did not sing as we were in the middle of the tour and were working back to back shows!
Hello. This is not a rehearsal. The Police were considering a live album but Sting wanted to record the instrumentals and then over-dub the vocals. The bootleg was known as "Lilitz" or "Scranton" or "The Synchronicity Rehearsals" The date was the 18th February 1984. The tour was almost over, with the band sounding at their best and most rehearsed and they set up in a studio in Chicago and recorded this. Thanks to the uploader for posting 2/20 odd songs.
