Just FYI; it’s not “aggregate” stone in the bathroom, it’s “agate”. Agate has a lot of quartz in it, giving it that cool effect. Nice coach. Thank you (again) for the video. -Robert
When the customer order the coach, they did not want a washer dryer. It is prepped. All of our coaches the washer and dryer are standards. However it is up to the customer building the coach if they want it or not. Some people want the storage instead. But for re-sale purposes it is pre-plumbed and vented for a W/D
You have convinced me to not buy a coach. I am leaning towards a trailer or a fifth wheel. I am planning to live in it full time. And all the things that you said goes wrong on a coach turned me off. I imagine trailers have there ups and downs, but I think they would be easier to maintain and repair. Not all the air issues, bags, as well as engine issues. I will still watch your videos, but I will be looking into fifth wheels in more depth. Thank you for being so honest about the lifestyle. Keep up the great work!
Great coach, i am definitely buying a Newell after seeing the build quality and what they are about. Stapleton42 in the back ground with you out there. All the guys at Newell seems very genuine and not a shady situation at all, unlike most of the RV dealers hate to say but at Newell they know what's going on.
Its really ashame that you have to be well off financially or almost retired to enjoy beautiful coaches that Andrew has shown. Still can dream..Another absolutely gorgeous coach. Thanks for another dream Andrew.
Hi Andrew, no doubt Newell, Marathon, Liberty are extreme high end. For you, since your looking to trade, I really think you should go with the Country Coach. Well built and affordable.
Love this one...I saw it too..every line you bring up..the looky loo....I love that bath change,,. and love that couch but yes, that white does no wipe clean. You mean airbrush off.. as in paint that funny diamond. This is a unique traditional modern mix,,,love the French apt, like floor and that shower,,and nothing beats a seat in the shower..you do not have to be arthritic to appreciate.
That dinette is a little odd. I can see why it might be making some people reluctant to pull the trigger - not just the dinette - other design choices. It’s subtle but a little off somehow.
Andrew buy this coach then buy the new Emerald coach you showed on a previous video then park one in your lot in Montanna then park the other in your lot in Vegas then you can drive your Tiffin between the two 😁 EDIT: Or better yet buy a lot in one of parks you showed in Florida and you can park your Tiffin there then you would have a spot in the south, mid and north and drive your car between the three

More than the bathroom The floorplan is not the greatest, it’s actually pretty poor for the normal RVer Minimal kitchen storage Washer, dryer Dishwasher Sofa needs to be changed Dinette needs a redo Needs bathroom work. Wine coolers needs to come out and the whole slide remodeled Going to be a tough sell as is Mid coach entry lost space. Lots of negatives. The owner should just keep it and use it, it fit their needs My 2020 Winnie Horizon 42 Q has a better floorplan.
I onow the video is older, but Ill give my opinion anyway. While the obvious good bones are there, whoever originally bought and designed this coach had some really odd taste and obviously didnt design the rig with resale value in mind. I could live with the missing rear toilet if rather than having a giant closet in place but rather made the shower really big, but the couch/table situation would need to go back to a typical style then all the white furniture and ither white cabinets etc would need to change to something more durable looking with a darker style, along with more modern/newer style light fixtures etc which would complete the interior in my opinion. Then I think it really jeeds a completely different paint scheme, definitely get rig of the 1980's style diamond thing on the back, and change all the light blue paint to maybe a dark titanium that fades into a silver of some sort. That would look nice combined with the existing dark blue I think. Even so, at $899k with maybe $100 to $150k in changes/paint its probably still a good value and would be far easier to sell for a more normal price when the time came. I might be way off my estimate of cost for upgrades considering the paint work, but I assume $150k would cover all the interior changes and a decent amount of paint work.. Im now curious to know how long it ended up being for sale for, and how mich it ended up going for. Also curious if the buyer had Newell make any changes prior to taking delivery??
You ask why its not selling? The dinette looks horrible. The couch material is unappealing to me. Drawer pools are also unattractive just to mention a few things. To me it's just a not so good layout.

Andrew i hate most paint jobs involving blues, blues are my favorite color I LOVE THIS PAINT, NEWELL PAINTS ARE INCREDIBLE.

the compartments are upholstered...not carpet
Its ideal almost for Andrews' needs. Extremely nice furnishings and finish make it a one of a kind.

Bit of a design problem with the table. People want to sit opposite each other. Not next to each other.
(Volvo + Vanhool) ÷ 2 = Good looking Newell front end design.
