What kind of mic are you using for this recording? Background noise is a lil bit loud

I used the AT2020 micro for recording, but I might have set the gain too high, which caused the noise.

@@quynt5445 I would suggest you to get a dynamic mic and combine it with your at2020 condenser to do the recording. But of course you at2020 input gain must be set lower than your dynamic( also the 2 different mic distance)

@@quynt5445 a more easy way is to do noise cancellation in post. A regular condenser mic would sound a lil bit harsh at the high pitch, you can lower down the high freq with EQ in post as well to make the typing sound more close to the actual sound you hear. That's a good keyboard though:)

lol and listening to any of this dudes advice is how you end up with a 💩sound test that doesnt resemble anything close to reality...for example the majority of the soundtest on bilibili are a mic in dog water recording a keyboard filled with foam. Completely useless content for gauging sound. Also dynamic mics r for podcast/radio talking not for capturing detailed sound. Your sound tests with the AT2020 are totally fine! The fact that there's some background noise is a good thing imo as far as getting an idea of what the keyboard actually sounds like. Less processing with a decent condenser yeilds a more realistic sound test. Like you mentioned earlier, you could try adjusting gain if anything. Keep up the great work! This board sounds fantastic
