I agree with you that Tom Brady will not leave the Patriots. However, I disagree with your final conclusions - that it is about money and that Tom Brady isn't as good as he was in the past. I think it is about the Patriots making the commitment to Tom Brady that they will have ample offensive weapons during Brady's final years. I also don't think Brady is worse than he was before; quite the opposite. It was actually his offensive weapons, or lack thereof, that made the Patriots' offense so lackluster for much of the season.
Makes no sense for him to leave. Patriots are the best team that needs a QB and he already knows the system. He doesn't have enough time left to learn another system.

The Dynasty isnt over with Bill running our empire
@Jüniör Måsadå How many playoff wins do they have without Tom?
I'm not familiar with this guy Gottlieb, but, dang, these comments about him are brutal! He really must have peed-off a lot of people! In my opinion, the things he says here are making some sense. The truth is that only Brady knows what he's planning, and we WON'T know until the timing is right for HIM. I'll root for you now matter what, Tom. You've EARNED the right to do anything you choose.
Nick Wright (entertaining) or Peter King (intelligence/connections) would be sooo much better than DG on Colin's days off.
He started his career in new England. He's gonna end his career in new England.
Go to Cleveland win there you cement your legacy even further in a place bill wasn't successful and you get to mentor a young QB like wanted. Sounds like a win win to me
Everyone needs to realize regardless of where Brady plays next year he’s not gonna light it up hes 43
I wouldn't be so sure. Everyone thought peyton was done and then he threw 55tds in denver. It would definitely not be another career but I could see the chip on shoulder leading to one more great season somewhere else.
He ain't putting on a Steelers Jersey.. Get that straight.
It’s New England or the Chargers any other team mentioned is just a bunch of media nonsense. Like when Lebron went to the Lakers.
Not putting on another jersey sorry
