Almost everything has been done before to some extent and no matter how hard you try to be a unique sound you will always be compared to someone before you. The new and interesting bands now are bands like jinjer and nightwish which is solely because female vocalists in metal bands is unique. Otherwise you have to go to extreme lengths to be different and its not guaranteed people want different, more times than not we like what is familiar to us. 12 Foot Ninja and Alien weaponry are two great examples of this, both with incredible style but definitely not for everybody, one band using Māori as their language of choice which will already turn off most english listeners.
Their new sound is milli vanilli ...
It wasn’t their sound.... they are now finding their own sound.... meh...
it what there sound
@@kollegessig if it over with
No matter what new music they make or how they alter their sound they will always sound too similar to some band according to the dense mouth breathing music snobs that fill the internet and music industry.
Fr so dumb they’re giving us music from the old days and my way soon and age of machine is def not led
Pretty sure one of their new songs sounds like a Rush tune.
My Way Soon’s a bit like Fly By Night
@@shittymytits5220 Yes agree, sounds like Rush and other songs like Steven Tyler
@@shittymytits5220 it sounds nothing like fly by night, where you getting that from?
@@cohen2112 sounds like the riff from fly by night
Glad that they sound even better.
they are stepping into a more original sound the Zepplin comparisons were probably holding them back after a point
For people like you rock is in decline. They do not want to accept anything new, I inform them that even Plant himself would laugh at their frustrated comments. These guys make quality music, art and live off what they love. What do you do? they just rest their asses on the chair and comment on the internet. They are "Termos" as we would say in my country. Greta will continue to triumph and you will only serve to continue distilling envy and hatred.
That's the thing, Greta wasn't doing anything new.
Probably because thet ran out of ideas on how they could rip off Led Zeppelin.
they literally are in the early stages of a band. go easy on them man
Why don’t you come up with your own idea on how to insult them rather than rip off/repeat what everyone who doesn’t like them says
@@heisenberg3024 Best comment in here, I never seen so many damn haters in here. These are young, gifted, good looking young men, stop this shit and they should let them be. Damn.
I just hope they change their sound because they found there own sound not just to make other people happy
They change their sound from zeppelin to ACDC 😆
I gotta get tickets for the Frankenmuth show! Haha
Their new song sounds exactly the same?
No they don’t lmao
Why everyone care so much tho?😭
Their sound change gonna be like Free becoming Bad Company.
Hater!
Look forward to the 2nd record
Always liked how they sounded and didn’t care that they sounded like zeppelin. What bothers me is that they dress like they’re straight out of the game rockband.
if the way strangers dress bothers you, you're the one with the problem.
@@catchinglooks lol chill dude you’re looking into what I said way too much. It was a joke
@@lazcoroner1483 i'm a woman, dude, but i'm just sick of people ragging on them for their fucking clothing. who cares?!
@@catchinglooks dude is a regular nomenclature used to refer to anyone. It isn't gendered
@@DreamItCraftIt wow, thanks. i had no idea. /sarcasm
Did somebody notice the high journey of the segment 1:15 - 2:11?
Honestly i'd RATHER they sound like Led Zeppelin.
The first EP was fing excellent.
They took the gas off a bit since then, a shame
Led Zeppelin 🤔 any body heard of them!?!?!?!?
Zed Leppelin 🤪
Vretta Fan Gleet
Anyone else think they havent changed their sound that much?
Age of machine is pure zep
@@stevetobin7495 I hear more Rush than Zep. Don’t hear Zep at all in that song tbh
Josh looks more like Robert plant than ever with that mustache and his hair ...stay zep and don't change your fuckin classic
You gotta do Ed O'Neill Fact or Fiction
I get the love and hate for this band. To be honest they sound the same but they still rock. People should be thankful that they’re keeping rock music going 🤘
They are the band that is bringing more new rock bands on the scene
So you're saying some of my favorite bands are just all chillin four hours away from my house okay sure
Now instead of stealing from Zeppelin, they’re taking from Rush, Queen, Deep Purple etc
Is sad that they change their sound toma softer tempo. Safari/ highway that was pure raw energy. All
Rock bands have influences from other bands I had never heard a band in a long time so talented . How many bands in the 80’s sounded similar? I won’t buy the new cx don’t like that soft ballads rock I want the balance of the first album raw energy and power let it go if they said you sound like seo
Who cares. Listen to buckcherry is like a modern clone of Aerosmith but it sounds amazing I love it is more raw sounds different but you can hear the huge influence. GVF please please give us that raw power
Safari and highway true sound like rock and roll from LZ but is another take and feel
And sound that’s your sound not this soft rock hippie stuff
It literally is the same sound lol
Just heard the three new songs and doesn’t sound the same as the last album and the EP
Eh idc, I'm a big fan
Sound and look apparently.
Vid???
why Greta Van fleet got a sound
They look so masculine
Yes

only listened to Highway Tune once for ten sec

i grew up hating Zeppelin while all my burnout buddies loved them. I actually enjoyed GVF's album.
oh no
Their sound was cool, for about a few seconds. They try too hard.
Let’s see how the new album sounds like! I’m assuming that the album will be good
Well. Isn’t that obvious?
Now they sound like a mix between pink floyd and rush with Robert Plant singing. I still don't really care for them but thats okay
@Sem Vogeler I'm not saying that they can't, of corse bands can influence them. It just reminds me of pink floyd and rush, thats all
Can they just turn into a cover band like Weezer?
Not a cover band they write their own songs
The old has become new again.
I DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT WHAT ROBERT SAYS,if he likes them or Hates them for me its all the same, because i hate Roberto Pianta any ways 😆😆😆
what’s the new look gonna be 80’s emo?
Its the LOTR look.
@@shanemiller2046 😹
Soooo they no longer sound like Zeppelin?
Yeah...they sound like their own shit now, something between early AC/DC and Rush

Sorry peeps.......I've seen Led Zeppelin 8 times, live. GVF has NEVER sounded like them. Get your fkn ears checked.
