19:45 Only those three are somewhat connected. Any other Dragon Quest game is like its own story, separated from the others, so you can start with any game from 4 to 11. Dragon Quest games are pretty charming, and I always feel like a little kid playing them. If one day you decide to try one, I recommend Dragon Quest 5, 8, or 11, since they are my personal favorites.
Actually other Dragon Quest games are a splinter timeline from the original trilogy that are like alternate timelines based on different things happening, such as an alternate future where they hero JOINED the Dragon Lord and took over the world.
Playing the first three Dragon Quest games chronologically could be nice, but playing them in release order is pretty cool. It's like seeing the JRPG genre develop right before your eyes.
I'm going to speak up for my fellow fairy tail fans. I thought fairy tail 2 looked awesome and the first game was actually fire. Also farmagia looked really good too. Also fairy tail is a good anime👆
@@CartoonHangout I stopped watching it but that was more because it seemed like the show was over. Similar to Bleach where after that one series finale I stopped watching and never really got back into it for some reason. I still like the previous series so not certain why I haven't gotten back into it. Maybe because they feel to different from that previous series
Just happened to swing by and see your reaction towards the Nintendo direct 2024 and must say your chill nature is quite nice. The fact you say your a slow gamer aka( take your time) is a good thing since some people nowadays rush through games because they have so many games to play but kinda miss the full experience on certain games like metroid prime series since this game does take time with all the puzzles/backtracking unlike majority of other games but it's a experience I will never forget. Especially the game music puts you in merge with the environment and fighting moments. Just a fan of metroid seeing prime 4 after so many years since they made prime 3 makes me feel nostalgic. Just a warning that this game take time XD.
I don't really play fighting games either because I've never had anyone to really play with and now I don't have good enough Internet. However there is one I get myself, Soul Calibur. I don't play it for the FG side of it though I do like that side of it. The reason I play it is because of the character creator letting you make just about anything. I made a few anime characters like Yami from To Love-ru or video game characters like Dante from DMC. There are a lot of people way better than me though and it's fun to grab someone else's posted character and modify them.
Soul Calibur is incredible, especially the Dreamcast port! I'm not very good at it, but I totally see why people love this game (I prefer to play 2D fighting games more than 3D ones). I love the Street Fighter 2 and Street Fighter Alpha series, but I'm starting to get into the SNK fighting games (Samurai Showdown/Spirit, King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Last Blade, etc...). What I like about fighting games is the mix of strategy and reflexes. You have to adapt and chose the right move at the right time against a specific enemy, and predict what the other player or the computer is going to do. However I do agree that it's not the easiest type of games to play for the first time. I feel like the best way is to watch tutorials online or have a friend to teach you the basics.
Mario & Luigi is kind of its own thing, though it plays similar to paper mario in its battle reactions but you instead control both the brothers with different buttons for both defence and combo attacks. It's overall popularity on the handheld systems is the reason why Paper Mario became more puzzle oriented after the thousand year door (and arguably origami king), the company that made the original games went out of business so it's interesting to see it come back, immediately after super mario rpg AND the thousand year door at that. Honestly can't wait to play it myself on top of the other rpgs since i didn't really play DQ1-3 and Romancing Saga 2 but remakes gives me a good reason to jump into them, Think ill pass on fantasian since im pretty sure was an ios/apple arcade exclusive and it certainly looks like it plays like one.
Super hyped by Mario & Luigi's comeback, Prime 4 and obviously The Legend of Link game. But Dragon Quest 3 is my most hyped game out of them all, and yeah.. it's a good starting game :)
Darkest Dungeon is fun but maddening. There is a fun game sort of like Slay the Spire called Across the Obelisk it's super fun you choose a team of 4 and they all have unique cards and abilities. You might enjoy it. Also Feliz Navidad goated Christmas Song.
My top 3 games I'll buy cause of this direct are these: 1) Phantom Brave: The lost hero 2) Mario & Luigi Brothership 3) The Hundred Line: Last defence academy In that order! Thank you Nintendo for creating a sequel for Phantom Brave Q_Q
I'm here now watching it 'with you'. I wanted to watch it without any one involved but you are an exception. 😊😂 Ok, a lot of Remakes and Remastered games.😅
Never been a Nintendo person since they're consoles are very limiting when it comes to game catalog. And I didn't even know Nintendo existed until I was about 12. Good to keep up with what's happening though.
You have a soft and gentle voice with a beautiful and cute appearance with beautiful lips! You look so cute! Your voice almost sounds like an ASMR. Maybe you should do an ASMR sometime. And I just subscribe to you channel! It looks so cozy and cute! You are the best Namu. And I am very excited for the Dragon Quest HD 2D remake series. Do you plan on picking up Dragon Quest III HD 2D and The Hundred Line?
This isn't the firat time Zelda is playable. Panasonic Zelda game had Zelda as a playable character first, and Zelda was a better fighter in that adventure game. All nintendo did with echos of wisdom. Was give us a Legend Of Link game.
The Mario and Luigi seiries are turn-based rpg adventure games where you have to work together with luigi to solve puzzles and do combos in combat
For me, the Dragon Quest remakes and the Ace Attorney Investigations duology were the starts.

@@the-NightStar Well, it's not like it really matters when you're trying to pick one of the other games and start playing.

Oh Hello Kitty is also a good title game along with merch the series i love the Animal Crossing digital artwork style
Only the first three games have a shared history though, 3-1-2
The rest are like Final Fantasy from then on, barely related.
Oh i like the Mario theme games, NES games arcade classics Zelda also lego, fantasy and ace also Metroid Prime 4
That looney tunes game reminds me of a Space Jam game I used to play with my uncle. Mad nostalgic
I'm going to speak up for my fellow fairy tail fans. I thought fairy tail 2 looked awesome and the first game was actually fire. Also farmagia looked really good too. Also fairy tail is a good anime👆
speaking for both of you?
Fairy tail is the best show of all time if this comes to ps5 im buying it right away

I've already seen the direct but I'll watch again to see sweet Namu ❤
I screamed when prime 4 was revealed
Also I'm super excited for Mario & Luigi & the new zelda game

It will now finally be a Legend of Zelda game!

Metroid Prime Remastered on Switch is a perfect place to start getting into Metroid. Zero Mission is also a good starting point for the 2D games.
i said it before and i will call it again.
They will make Metroid Prime 4 one of the Launch Titles for the new Console.
cute design asdhiof
If you want to play those light novel games on stream, it's better to do it in collabs for the voices, or your throat will kill you.
Still no StarFox 😔
Yeah still no StarFox
Lots of jrpg so i was satisfied too
I'm here now watching it 'with you'. I wanted to watch it without any one involved but you are an exception. 😊😂
Ok, a lot of Remakes and Remastered games.😅
5:45 the only thing good about fairy tail is the music and Erza...
That's a funny way to spell Juvia 🤣
@@lawsayingroom lmao
the game looks good tho
I believe Zelda is playable in one of the CDI games if you count those as Zelda games.
I don’t care what anyone thinks or says. Nintendo was cooking and swept this “E3” again.
there's no doubt about that
The legend of Zelda CDI is coming to the switch 🤡😂
Last time a zelda game with zelda as a protagonist was a long time ago. And not very good...
