- Newly-formed Tropical Storm Rina could do the Fujiwhara with Tropical Storm Phillipe in the coming days. The Fujiwhara effect happens when tropical systems get close together. They can pinwheel around each other and/or absorb one another. Because the storms are so close, the tracks of both storms are extremely uncertain.

I love fall it's the best time of the year.
At least that's what I believe here in New York City.
It's almost like we were blessed this summer seems like New Jersey going north we were in a pattern no matter where the heat was we always missed it.
In fact we didn't have three days of 90 or more until September I believe that was very short-lived.
But with that we got tons of humidity, so it took the lower temperatures away and made them feel not so nice but overall cooler summer in New York.
In the tropics I think Rina takes charge, she's already looking more formidable than Philippe.
Looks like you're going to be making many more videos because these models don't have a clue!
