Noodles are one of the most popular foods around the world, they are made differently in different countries. India has its own variation of noodle and other Chinese dishes which are referred as Indo Chinese cuisines. In this recipe video I have made hot and spicy noodles, this street style spicy veg noodle is easy to make and tastes amazing
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 2
Ingredients :
Noodles - 150 gram
Onion - 1/4 cup
Green pepper - 1/5 cup
Red pepper - 1/5 cup
Yellow pepper - 1/5 cup
Garlic cloves - 1.5 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce - 3 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp (optional)
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Whenever notification pops up- they get excited to learn a new recipe. My son had tried the misti doi recipe and it came out so perfect! I am so thankful to you, because of your videos- he can cook well now. I tried these noodles today and everyone loved it! With few simple ingredients, you have shown an amazing way to prepare the noodles. Your one liners like- banate waqt smile rakhe, jyada bartano ka jhanjhat nahi etc are interesting and fun- just like tempering in food! I am gonna share the noodle's recipe with my friends too. It's really super hot!!!

I tried your recipe just now. Skipped bell peppers, Schezwan sauce and chilli flakes. Forgot to add butter and garlic 🤣. Instead i added 1 tsp white vinegar, and the noodles are super yummy 😋😋
