The whole entire time??? Deadshot could had kill Batman anytime he wanted too. But, chose not to do it?! Batman could had been killed a hundred times over, and didn't know about it.That's 10yrs worth of training down the drain if Batman was shot dead unnotice. Deadshot playing God on Batman life, is a total enigma.
Deadshot was trianed by the League of Assassin's, and David Cain. His H2h is very lethal, even Cain himself stalemated Deathstroke(fully armed)once upon of time. Deadshot makes John Wick look like a total amatuer. And the fact he has every opportunity to kill Batman is eerie, but, it it lets the reader know that Deadshot shouldn't be underestimated at all. After all, he took down Echantress with killing her. And she's level above Zatanna, when it comes to magical manipulation. Homeboy wounded Flash doing Mach 2, and his H2h combat skills can hang with Batman and Deathstroke. Not only that, he's a 1 man army. That's why Amanda Walder favor his expertise so much. Deadshot shouldn't be look over at all.

Hey Ivan. I know this one doesn’t show up a lot. But I feel the creeper is a very underrated character.
Deadshot can literally beat anyone, he’s even defeated people that are Bullet Proof.

Regarding the Deadshot/Deathstroke rivalry, it's simple :
- Deadshot has the advantage at long range, as it was showed that he can actually use ricochets to even reach targets out of his sight or angle.
- Deathstroke has the advantage in close combat, due to his healing factor and potential berserker rage boosting his already enhanced abilities.
But of course, compared to regular people, they might as well both be the freaking Terminator lol

If he's good enough to see the blur of a speedster, deathstroke shouldn't be a problem

Deadshot isn't much a hand-to-hand fighter, though he has some skills.
But in marksmanship he is definitely a number 1.

Deadshot is on another level. Its a good thing he purposely misses his shots against batman. Batman would be in serious trouble if deadshot wasnt playing around & wanted to kill him
And Deadshot actually has tagged Batman on occasions and was capable to incapacitate him even after Batman's armor has stopped the bullets, but the concussive power was too much for Batman to handle

I would say maybe in accuracy Deadshot because he is deadicated shooter.
But in everything else Bullseye wins.
Bullseye wins not because he's a better shot but because it's not skill Bullseye has power to always hit what he wants an the object will literally almost seem like it chase his targets but take away his power deadshot bodies so to me Bullseye shouldn't be compared his accuracy is because of an ability/power deadshot is pure skill and experience
I can't really blame somebody for thinking bullseye wins. I mean he's ridiculous. I mean if both ran out of bullets I guess bullseye would still be a threat because he would just pick up a piece of dirt on the ground and it would still be lethal LOL

Although I kinda agree with you, since Bullseye's biggest advantage is his Adamantium laced skeleton, making him practically indestructible, minus the wolverine regeneration.
Nah deadshot wins he's faster,better weapons, better armour and more intelligent bullseye is only stronger. Battle is very close to call but dead shot would win

If anything they are even on speed feats. But.
Bullseye is a lot more skilled on Hand to hand combat, more agile and acrobatic and honestly way stronger considering the force he requires to throw stuff to kill people and the fact he fights on Par with Daredevil snd Elektra regularly (on pure skill).
Also He has Adamantium on his bones so that means a headshot wouldn't kill him. (Deadshot would need Adamatium bullets to pierce his skull).
Bullseye wins mid - high difficulty.

Bullseye fought Daken, Wolverine and freaking Deadpool (And for a fact Wolverine has superior strength). Also Captain America (another super soldier considering Cap has enhanced strength).
And also Deadshot's armour ain't unbreakable and doesn't cover all his boddy either. Bullseye would break his armour eventually. And the only places where a shot would be leathal for bullseye would be his heart, neck and around his guts. (And Deadshot wouldn't know his bones have Adamatium).
Also Deadshot is nowhere near the skill of Batman and Deathstroke. While Bullseye Has defeated Daredevil, Elektra and Deadpool.
Bullseye wins, doesn't matter if Deathstroke has better armour.
