I realize from a North American perspective my opinion might be the minority but washing clothes in the kitchen is just odd. Why not incorporate the clothes washing machine in to the bathing area where dirty clothes accumulate? A good house layout flows with the way humans live so I dunno, its just weird to me.
Hahaha we wash in the kitchen. Most Asian bathrooms are wet bathrooms which means the water flooding the floor when we take a bath so we can't put electrical appliances there
You are definitely not in the minority. A good 90 percent or above people from Indian subcontinent would not wash their cloths in kitchen. We have separate areas to keep washing and drying equipments in independant houses and in most cases of apartment types. In some apartments without such facilities, they are placed in one of the bathrooms. But of lately I have seen laundry machines in kitchen area in some newly built small space apartments in metro cities. Maybe influenced from different culture.
I like the layout of the kitchen/Living Area. My only dislike is the Corner Window in the design. In my part, it would be very difficult to get/replace such a window.

Beautiful design, but there is hardly any space from the other side of the bed 🛏️ in all the bedrooms old people with knee problems can't climb the bed unless there is sufficient space 🤔 otherwise it is a beautiful house 🏠👍👍

Das Eck Fenster gefällt mir gar nicht, wenn das kaputt geht, muß man es extra anfertigen lassen, das Bett im Schlafzimmer nimmt viel Platz weg,
