I have coffee and teas maybe over 2 years or longer no biggie . I definitely use for myself. I just gave away a huge can of Mc Donald’s coffee to a guy at work it was expired. He didn’t care . The date on the item is for store sales/date on self they can’t sell on a time frame .
Even fresh fruit and vegetables are dated in the UK. What nonsense! That tomato doesn’t spoil on a certain day. I use my eyes and nose to determine whether to eat something. I worked for Starbucks and it was criminal how much food we trashed. I used to sneak the old donuts home.
I never heard of the bleach packs, but I'm definitely going to look for them !!! So much simpler (and safer) than using liquid bleach. Never saw those big ziploc bags or that grill either!! You got some interesting things!! You did great with the first box. Those coffee boxes were great too!! I don't drink coffee, but the teas!! The coffees and teas that are past the expiration dates are still ok. I've got tea that I've had for well over a year or more and it's fine. Coffee doesn't last that long as I have it everyday. You absolutely got your money's worth on this haul.
Someone will definitely buy your expired coffee!! Companies are required by law to put the BEST BY date, but, it's known that most items (like coffee) are still fine. 😊
A great video Melissa, many years ago we didn't have expiry dates, and still used it. The Tassimo coffee is £4.99 a pack in England, you did really well with your boxes.

I ask because I am living in a shelter, and we often get expired stuff donated to us to eat and drink. We love it when we get things like this in. Those Clorox toilet brushes are the best. I have 2 in each bathroom - one for the toilet and one for cleaning the shower/bathtubs. I just buy a big box of the refills. I love them!! Also good to clean hard surface floors around the baseboards.
You can open your own coffee shop! The tea and coffee is fine expired that little bit. It's all sealed individually. So wreck boxes you can put a few packs in your mystery boxes. Especially with a mug. Or coffees too. I would love that! Put them in a pretty little snack bag ziplock kind. And the loose tea tins are great gifts. Also the bags of coffee. Those huge ones are not cheap. Great for a Christmas gift for family neighbors or friends. They can use it for friends and family who are coming to their house or going to a big group. Or a church. It would be a special donation. Or work. You can take some for clients while waiting. The possibility is endless for this stuff. All those cleaning products is good stuff. That's money saved . Oh the charcoal discs you got goes on the grill. Or used for Hookas. They heat the tobacco.
Coffee and tea usually last longer then the date. Usually its just the shelf. Sometimes people will still buy it. Just make sure you let them know they are expired. I get stuff from the food pantry that is expired, but like i said its usually just the shelf life. With exception of meat, bread…etc!

I use that hills bros sugar free cappuccino it's very good just use hot water I put a quarter of a cup of hot water first add powder to taste stir till smooth then add rest of water to fill cup this prevents floating powder on top
My grandfather live to be well over 90 years old and my father lived to be over 90 years old and I myself am 52 years old and we were and still are heavy coffee drinkers. I promise you anyone who drinks coffee will agree that there is nothing wrong with any of that coffee or the tea for that matter that may be past a so-called best by date. Put those suckers in the freezer and use them when you are ready to use them! Putting your coffee beans and grinds in the freezer has always extended the life of them so you will be perfectly safe to consume it. Anybody that scared to drink it can just send it my way I promise you I won't let it go to waste!

The k cups are perfectly good for 6-12 months past the best buy dates because they are individually and vacuum packed. I would love getting them for Christmas! ❣
Just an FYI: "Best By" doesn't mean expired. This is a HUGE mistake a lot of people make and they end up discarding perfectly good food. "Use By" dates are what you need to be concerned with and even that is a guide, for instance, it doesn't mean milk magically expires on the Use By date...if it smells fine, it is perfectly ok to consume. I LOVE those giant Ziplock bags...they are excellent quality. Great haul, TFS!
With coffee and tea there really is no expiration as long as the seal is intact on the coffee, and I'm drinking tea that's at least a decade old. All good.
Reason for those charcoal discs are also for cannabis resin. That was my first thought really but I was rewatching and it says it on the box. My bf used them. But if you look at the grill picture on box it shows them under it. Something to think about. You can still legally sell them at flea market. Your ok in that area.
I also was going to say even if it's expired it's still perfectly fine. Put it in deep freezer till you use it. Teabags can also be frozen till use. No matter the date !!!! Your good !
Just because something is past it’s due date doesn’t mean it can’t be used or that there anything wrong with it especially shelf stable products that don’t need to be refrigerated. Dr Oz had show about this

Coffee has a really good seal usually especially the ones in the K-Cups. If you took them and wrote on it that it was expired I'm sure somebody would purchase it anyway. The only time it really is questionable is if it is the coffee in the bags.

I'd keep them and have them sitting out for friends or family to enjoy since the best buy date is only to protect the companies not really the consumer - you use things faster, buy them more often, and they don't have to worry about so many "stale", "sour", etc items being returned.

I keep my coffee in the fridge and I keep it way past the expiration date so for coffee and tea I don't pay attention to that because I really don't think it matters as long as you store it in a container that keeps it fresh

I almost had my nose sliced by hubby with the box cutters last weekend cos we still busy unpacking he didn’t see how close he was to my face luckily I pulled back just in time that would have hurt, but i got him back cos he’s always telling me about safety he’s my bad omen cos when he says so i get injured but then he does the same so now I’m on his case lol
i think if its not true dairy or stuff like that, i think the coffees and teas would be ok to drink still, i think just bcuz something is expired, that it really has not gone bad
Don't worry bout the best by date. Those date things are relatively new. I think it was in the 70's they started having to put those dates. People have survived many generations without them. I never look at best by dates when I use things in my pantry.
Coffee really don't matter as long as it's sealed, my nephew was gonna throw out expired coffee beans an I bring them home an ground them an stored it in my freezer. It was still good an tasted amazing!

888 Lots used to have the BEST shoe lots, but I haven't seen any good lots in awhile. Keep an eye out for their sales on individual items - they have some great sales on high-end shoes and apparel.

Coffee and tea doesn't go bad, it just looses flavor the older it gets. Thats why it is a "best by" date as opposed to an "expired" date

Girl I've bought slightly expired coffee at bargain resell shops and it was fine.
The orange boxes of charcoal pads are to use with the disposable grill or similar things. Look on the disposable grill, it uses those same things.

that clorox wand is awesome! i have one and they clean off lime easily...coffee really doesn't expire. never heard of coffee expiring
