Great idea! I do something similar but I laminate inexpensive cardstock (white) and stick my stamps on them, separating the sheets with the index tabbed dividers like you use. The only drawback is I don't have a printed image and sometimes have to hunt for the right stamp since it's clear. Before putting them in my binders I stamp the entire set in a notebook and include which binder (I number mine) the set is found. Refer to the notebook, choose a stamp, go to the correct binder. This work well for me.

I had done something quite similar. But I just used a page protector inserted a white cat sock and then just slipped them in... But I really like your idea. Mine slide all over within the little protective folder. Thanks

Thank you for your sweet comment :) Sorry for the delayed response. I do not store my rubber stamps that way because I love the wood block stamps in tact :) I have seen people use double sided sticky tape on their rubber stamps that they removed from their blocks :) Another thing you can do is use Aleene's Tack it over and over paint it on the back of the rubber stamp and let it dry then make it a little less tacky by tapping it on your hand or arm a few times so it is still sticky but not super sticky :) This will also make it so you can put them on your clear block to stamp and it will come off when you are done :) I hope that is helpful for you :) tfw, and I hope you have an Outstanding Day :) amy

This is such a great idea. I've got my clear stamps in a binder but I have them in the clear page protectors and it is not nearly as neat. I got my page protectors from DTree and they are very thin so they fold in on themselves. I also really like that the way you did it keeps them in place instead of falling behind each other. When you have the loose stamps without the plastic that they normally come on you are just sticking them on the page divider itself? I think it's a great idea to stamp on the white card stock to make it easier and quicker to put them away. Thanks again for a great idea. God Bless. : )

Looks like a great system. I do not have any stamp yet. I was not fortunate to get stamps at my Dollar Tree. BUT I did get egg dye kits! So I picked up a couple to make some spray dyes which I missed out on last year. It might be a good reminder to look out for the kits if anyone needs to make more sprays. I have seen some old Shanon Green videos and someone else that used liquid watercolors to “dye” the edges of a book that was broken down. This other gal used several bottles of glimmer mist and such so it would not be reactivated when it got wet. Anyway, I thought this would be a good project either with an old book or a Dollar Tree book and the dyes from the egg kits. I will look up the video/s and then let you know the link/s just in case. I thought I would cut my pages down into little note pad size, like 1/4 size of the pages, to make little collage papers, nice ATC background...

I have written quotes as I come across them, and keep them in my notes, but I can’t find what I want when I need them...plus they tend to be too long unless that is going to be your page of fancy lettering. Not sure how you would share it, or how you might keep such things like what is on the chat words pads. I would rather print my own sheets on paper or label paper, and cut and paste on my project. I need to take a nap, I have been up all night unable to sleep. Hope you can follow what I have sent you.

Hello Erica :) If you go to the search bar and type in craft destash, and then click on filters below the search bar and click on today, you will be able to find current destashes :) The reason I filter the search to today is because destashes usually sell fast, so if you watch an old destash, it is probably already sold :) As you watch the destash, add up in your head or on a piece of paper what you would think is a good amount for each item, and then when they tell you the price, if it is the amount you thought was a good price leave a comment or email the seller and tell them you are interested :) Remember if the shipping is not already included in the price of the destash you will have to pay that too, and that needs to be figured into the price to see if it is still a good price :) Good luck, and remember to know what you have set aside to use for craft supplies and don't over spend :) tfw, and I hope you have an Outstanding Day :) amy

Hello Erica :) If you go to the search bar and type in craft destash, and then click on filters below the search bar and click on today, you will be able to find current destashes :) The reason I filter the search to today is because destashes usually sell fast, so if you watch an old destash, it is probably already sold :) As you watch the destash, add up in your head or on a piece of paper what you would think is a good amount for each item, and then when they tell you the price, if it is the amount you thought was a good price leave a comment or email the seller and tell them you are interested :) Remember if the shipping is not already included in the price of the destash you will have to pay that too, and that needs to be figured into the price to see if it is still a good price :) Good luck, and remember to know what you have set aside to use for craft supplies and don't over spend :) tfw, and I hope you have an Outstanding Day :) amy

Hello Star :) I am sorry your DT doesn't have craft supplies, mine only has a little section, much less than other DT's I have visited. I find a lot of my DT craft supplies in the stationary department, and other departments :) tfw, and I hope you have an Outstanding Day :) amy
