When you guys mix English with the Philippines language it's very difficult to understand
If u move here in California you will make more money. RN rate $70 per hr
Which area?
Okay lang mag OT,basta wag abusuhin ang katawan, and live below your means, alagaan ang health kasi later on yung naipon nyo eh kulang pang pambayad sa hospitalization, mortgage, loans at etc.eventhough you have a health insurance.
Agree po! No amount of money is equivalent sa value ng health po natin. :) Thanks po :)
Maganda Canada na Lang. Mas tanggap mga Pinoy D2, sa US kasi medyo nandun parin pagka white supremacy Nila minsan. Saka masmataas ang crime rate sa kanila
Would be nice to see you back in Canada Sis . I agree with what your saying. Thanks for info.
Thanks for these great info. I love your video format. This goes to show that nurses here in the middle east are still blessed to take a bigger net salary. The only downside is that we don't get to acquire citizenship here.
Thank you po, Godbless po and ingat po kayo jan sa Middle East.
Nurse Kristine, you're so pretty! Thanks for sharing this infos. Ingat po kayo palagi. I'm a physiotherapist from 🇵🇭
Thank you so much!!! Stay Safeee. ❤️❤️
Pls don’t mix with Tagalog, we don’t understand
oh Im sorry, will do on my next vlog..Thanks for watching
Mas maganda pag mix ate kristine, wag ka maniwala sa kano na yan.
Hi, Nurse Kristine your so pretty po.
my alam po ba kayong direct hire from US na pwede isama ang family.
thank you and God bless
Yes po. ang dami pong agency ngaun na nagdirect hire po, pero usually they will start processing your papers pag NCLEX passer na po kayo :)
Opportunities? No Brainer po yan.
US: 300+ Million population
Canada: 40 Million population.
Walang usapan.
The Hospitals in the Vancouver Canada area have lots of Filipino nurses , Also Technicians, Hospital Admin staff , when I was in a local Vancouver area hospital cardiac ward it was mostly Filipino , Filipina nurses, One thing you did not mention was the difference between health insurance and Dental insurance in bot( countries
Paano po kayo nalipat ng US from canada. Ano po status mo sa canada and sa US ngayon. Nclex passer po ba kayo ng canada or US? Kse balak ko din lumipat sana lumipat sa US. Nasa toronto ako ngayon
RIDICULOUS....You have to be fair in comparing...do your research also! Why you need to compare your MORTGAGE in EDMONTON with your RENT in wherever in US>?
My sister works as a RN in Canada, and I'm fairly sure she makes good money. But, one thing many people don't consider is being sure to save that money too. Although you make decent money, if someone is not careful you'll see it fly away from your bank account quickly xD So learning about personal finance (regardless of the country you prefer) is going to be key for success. I talk about that a bit on my channel, but I think you did a great job covering the key facts so far Nurse Kristine.
Hi Mary, I agree with youuu. :) Thanks for watching this video
Good day pretty!! I am Third year nursing student. Ask ko lang po if once you passed the NCLEX and IELTS makaka work kana po ba agad sa US or may mga training at pag aaralan pa? Thank you 😊
How about health insurance/benefits?
Canada still has better health benefits and insurance. in my own opinion, based on my experience. :)
Actually its factual po maam. Better job opportunities less hastle sa pag kuha ng license more career growth aside ofcourse sa more take home money
Agree po ako sir.
Here nursing is vocational school, you don't earn much like other jobs. many are working as part time worker at the end after 35 years of working you may end up taking half of your pension from the social welfare.
Why not English speaking so we can also can understand
They keep doing it. The most annoying part is when the video title is in English.
Don't be so entitled.. you can translate it on your own
Magkano naman po nasave nyo a month after all expenses yung ranges lang ng nasave sa bnk a month.
Hello po, I can usually save more than half of my monthly salary. :)
@@nursekristine1167 ah ok kasi sabi ng friend ko working dyan kunti lang masasave dahil sa maraming bills.
I am an RN in calgary and got license from newyork board to work. I am very confuse..

Hi. from Canada paano ka naka apply going to U.S? Thank you very much. God bless you always.
I waited for my Canadian Citizenship and looked for an employer here in US who can sponsor me for a TN visa. If you are interested, I can give you a contact number of the person who helped me in finding an employer here in US :)
Do we need to take ielts?
@@littlenightingale0896 Yes , you still have to take IELTs. ☺️
Waitress/server na lang kayo , $150-$2,000 sa 4hrs work.
Not able to understand you since you are not talking in English
Hi po!! I am having a career crisis po and would like to know if you have any advices for me? hihi I am a 1st year medtech student po but I am thinking of shifting course to nursing cause I heard that nurses are in-demand abroad. And I am afraid that medtech jobs abroad are limited compared to nurses. What should I do po?
Hello sis. May I ask if you are planning to pursue medicine? I have a couple of friends who pursue MedTech kasi, they went straight to MD after graduating? Are you worried about job opportunities? For me any, health related profession will always have a demand. Maybe, siguro ask mo muna sarili mo, bakit gusto mo Med Tech? Totoo naman na, lagi indemand ang nursing. ❤️❤️❤️
when it comes to med tech jobs, need din naman sila dto, im not 100% sure lang kung paano ang licensing nila and process. Lab technician ata ang tawag sa kanila dto.
Omg thank you for replying po🥰 Way back then po kasi my plan was to proceed to medicine that's why I take the course of medtech but now im doubting na po kasi it takes a lot of time and money so I decided to pursue a profession nlang that is easier to find a job abroad. Thank you so much po for listening, more power to your channel po💛
USA or CANADA? what is still your overall decision now after experiencing both sides? :)
Careerwise, I would still choose US because there are more opportunities here. However, in the future, once I have kids, I would definitely go back to Canada. Thank you!
@@nursekristine1167 thanks for the response. I have a wife and a kid now.. my wife just passed the nclex. Im gonna take it soon too. Is that mean, canada is better?
kung single ka US but if u have family canada tlga
omg i want to be a nurse na like u
Go for it!!! ❤️❤️

Hello po nurse Kristine, how much it will take me to work abroad in total after I graduate here in Philippines including the review and experience years needed?
Hello Chi, actually depende sa country na pupuntahan mo and kung saang hospital ka mag aapply. Most hospitals and agency required 1-2 years of experience na ngaun. Saang country mo ba balak if ever?

Hi..Kristine.. also proud of you as kababaryo mo at#PulongMunti, i saw you from being young girl, until your teen age. Now you're a RN, time flies really so fast. Greetings and watching you here from Macau.😊
Hello po. Nkakamiss po ang Pulong Muntii. Salamat po, Ingats po kayo palagi jan sa Macau. Godbless po. ❤️❤️
I’m here in BC Canada working as a RN. I have a pending Green Card application for US too but the thing that’s holding me back from moving to US is the medical coverage. Is US healthcare as bad as people say it is? 😓☺️
Kevin Caile Lanaria can i reply. The reason people say its bad its coz you have to pay. But if you are employed and chose the good medical insurance no problem better the free healthcare. Its better than canada coz its faster. Faster to see a consult faster to have an elective surgery. Better care also coz they have a nurse pt ratio
So pretty naman po 😍
Thank youu sis. ❤️❤️❤️
Love u baby
From RN india🤩
Hi mahal

Citizen na po ba kayo ng canada nung lumipat kayo sa US?
Yes po Citizen na po, so I can apply for TN visa
@@nursekristine1167 ask ko lang po if nag reciprocity ka ba ng license from canada to us?
Madali ba makapasok sa US,UK pag nurse ka?
I wouldn't say na madali po, kasi you still have to go through several process, pero the demand is always there po, so compared to other professions, I would say na it is easier pag nasa medical field po.

RE: Canadian taxes. Taxes din naman nagpapasahod sa Canadian nurse esp employed with the provincial/regional health authorities. No taxes no sahod. Canadians working in the public sector should learn to embrace this bitter sweet fact of life in Canada.
Healthcare in Canada is public and the States has a multipayer, business model system. Magkaiba ang healthcare delivery. Maybe compare it to NZ or kung saan ang healthcare ay public din? Just my thoughts coz there’s a disparity in private and public practice. May pay difference talaga between Canadian RNs privately practising and those who work for the gov even within Canada.
Taxes are huge in Canada this should not be blamed alone because of healthcare. Budget in healthcare in Canada is always cut off and not a priority. That is the downside of having a universal healthcare in Canada, low quality of healthcare. People doesn't have a choice to choose for better healthcare other than going out of the country to fulfill their needs but they have to pay a huge amount. If the government of Canada is blaming the healthcare for big tax deductions from the people then it is really hard to embrace. Imagine paying so much for a low quality service.
Your vlogs are very enlightening. Keep it up! Looking forward for more. All the best Sister. ❤️
Thank you po, Brother. ❤️
Canada versus US ? Really your comparing it .. you have nothing better to do to compare .. 2 different countries with 2 different scope of practice and 2 difft economies !
NYC madami kailangan RN’s. Lipat ka dito sis.Malaki sweldo pa. Bukod doon madami locale.
tgnan po natin after po ng 2 yrs ko dto sa Washington. :) looking for a hospital pa naman po ako who can sponsor green card po. :) Or baka itry ko po magtravel nursing.

Hello po, I never worked in a hospital in Edmonton, only in Assisted living facility po
hello po, super curious lang po. paano nyo po maicompare ang us vs canada as a nurse? like better po ba talaga dyan sa us? i am currently in canada and pursuing ang nurse ko dito.. kunsakale po, mahirap po ba lipat dyan sa us?

Tip when it comes to crime rate in 🇺🇸: Any Democrat run city or state, expect high crime rate. And usually, these Democrat run places have the strictest gun control laws because Democrats are anti gun. If you live in Washington, the most dangerous place there is Democrat run Seattle. Outside of Seattle, you're good.
Hello sis! I’m so proud that I’ve known you since Merge days in Quezon Ave. Your batchmate here Dec.2013 🤗💕
talaga po? Hello po sis!!! Stay safe! Godbless sis!
Dito po sa NWT canada starting po eh $47 an hour so some new nurses dito can make $200k to $300k a year
Thats what I heard po, I met a co worker who used to work there in NWT and she told me, that you can make more there, but she also said that the cost of groceries there is too pricey, is it true po? And the weather there can be really extreme po. So she said to encourage nurses to work there, the rate is so much higher there in NWT
@@nursekristine1167 yes po yung weather dito grabe sa winter -60c yung groceries naman po eh ok lang naman unless dun ka talaga sa upnorth, like yung price ng bottle of pop nila eh $8 atleast at isang bottle of water nila eh mga $7
